We stayed in a standard double room and standard is an overstatement. Our room consisted of nothing more than a double bed and a fan (not adequate to keep the room cool) and we suffered 5 nights in this (5 night minimum stay over full moon period) We tried to upgrade to air con but there was no availability. Only lock on room was small padlock. Bathroom is outside and shared with 6 other bungalows often resulting in a long wait. Only saving grace of charung is its location and friendly staff.

It was quiet when we were there, which was really nice. There is a quick walk to the water which is really nice. It's a longer walk to the party beach, but it's nice being away from all of that. The staff were always helpful. The hammock on the deck was my favourite part!

The location is perfect. The air con was really good and the staff nice. Only big was there was no atmosphere in the air conditioned rooms it all seemed fun in the fan bungalows which I would probably go for next time. Location couldn't have been better though so good if you just need the room for sleeping.

You Get what you paid. We liked it.

You pay what you get for. The rooms had pretty much just a bed and a fan in them. The people working were friendly and the location was close to all the action. I stayed with a friends who booked at different times and we all somehow payed different amounts for the same rooms. One person showed up without a reservation and payed less than all of us.

Excellent location for the Full Moon Party - only 10 mins walk. Quiet and slightly calmer on the sunset side of Haad Rin.

The bedsheets ad mattresses were stained the water from the sink was falling straight onto the floor, the toilet constantly blocked. the first night they pit in a room next to the air Conditioners the noise was so strong the whole wall was vibrating. Luckily we asked to be moved to another room

We stayed her for the New Years period and it was the last resort for accomodation. We stayed up the back of the hostel in a bungalow type place. It was pretty basic. Just a bed in the room with a bathroom and hand held shower with no screen. The water doesn't get hot at all. They don't clean your rooms during the stay which was annoying as our balcony was covered in sand and they provided no broom. There is heaps and heaps of mosquitoes as the bathroom window doesn't have a Screen. Very basic

Amazing place for a value for money. we got the best view during our stay. If you like a quiet place and near to the Haad Rin, then this place is for you. However, the hot water didn't always work.

Pretty bungalows close to both the beach and the main street where all the bars and restaurants are, excellent location. Ideal for using during the Full Moon party as it's within walking distance from Had Rin beach but also in a quiet area. Negative: the internet barely works.

Perfect location as quiet but only a 5 mim walk to full moon beach. Not rrally any atmosphere but nice bungalows

The location was great, near shops, restaurants and bars. The first room we had the door wasn't very secure which we worried about as you read about thefts especially at full moon party times. The place was convered in ants and bugs which perhaps can't be helped but we moved as they almost trippled the price. We later went back to them after the party as they were very cheap again but the 2nd room there was no lock on the door so for a while we had to leave our door unlocked which wasn't great!
