Would def reccommend this hostel. Lovely free veg soup in the evenings, free video hire (with a tv and video player in the room) free tea and coffee and a hot tub! Crackin.

Nice and chilled out for after your walks on the glacier. Free hair straighteners and popcorn are a bonus. Soup tasteless but free.

We got an upgrade and stayed in the 3 bed dorm, and it turned out that we have the room for ourselves. The location is excellent, and the vegetable soup is indeed tasty. A small issue, one of the stoves in the kitchen isn't working, and there aren't any kind of salt/pepper/oil in there, so be sure to stock up on it before cooking. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Really brilliant hostel, I stayed in a 6 bed dorm which had its own en-suite bathroom, kitchen, TV, video player and even a hair dryer, it was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful.

The hostel is ok, just very cold at night. Has a very small heater in the dorm room, that looks and works more like a hair dryer. Although it's spring time but it's still very cold. I sure don't want to stay there in the winter.
