Perfect location and nice room. Very close to beach; a lack of atmosphere if you go to party, but perfect to relax. Rocio and Pamela were super friendly and they know a lot of things about playa.

Finding it can be challenging. It is inside a gated community and no one knows the street name. From 10th Av turn into the resort gate and go straight through the first gate/ car barrier. Make the first right once you are inside that gate, depending on what time it is there may be another car barrier there to pass through. Some light switches are in odd places, no hot water in sink. They were nice about showing where switches were. Breakfast is very simple and you may need to cook it yourself.

Very good location, in a quiet and safe area of Playa del Carmen, still very close to the main avenue. Big and well equipped room. Free breakfast with eggs, fruits, cereals, toast etc. (you have to prepare it yourself). Excellent common area with kitchen and terrace - nice for socializing with the other people staying at the B&B. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great little B&B - booked last minute after having to leave the ridiculously noisy Rio Playa Hostel. Lovely owner showed me to a very cool room facing a monkey-filled forest. Nice, clean room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. B&B was peaceful and in an excellent location (one minute from a lovely beach in the gated Playacar area) and 10 minute walk from the main hub of PDC. Stored my bag free of charge before I checked in and after I checked out. Fast wifi. Hot, strong shower.

It might be worth having a small guest book with all the information we were told at check-in in case you forget anything... and labels on the light switches - all in all minor stuff!!! We enjoyed our stay very much!

The B&B has excellent location, it's 200 meters from the beach in a quiet, nice area. The "kitchen" is equipped with a sink, a stove with two burners (size of a camping stove), and a normal size fridge w/freezer. We did not want to cook, so it was perfect for us. The air condition works well, and it's quiet.. We used it only ones, since we were there in winter. The bed is very comfortable. The furniture is OK, but the mosquito screen door is out of the rail all the time. The breakfast was good.

The hosts are AMAZING and EXTREMELY HELPFUL! They offered great offer to me and my friend during our stay. The location is also absolutely amazing, right by the beach and central bus station. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hostel.

Cleanliness: 2 of the 5 nights we stayed the room was not cleaned. Breakfast was included in the price, but you need to tell people that they must cook it themselves and do their dishes. Beautiful beach and shopping close by.

We were very happy with our stay. The good: Location, huge bed, staff. Florencia was very helpful, a great host. The bad: Bad lighting (light bulbs missing), some bugs in the room (but we know that it's because the hostel is an old house with some kind of "forest" next to it), some rust in the shower that stained our clothes (very important to be fixed). The different: The decoration is so estrange that it makes it pintoresque. A lot of shells decoration combined with Mexican tiles :D
