Good location and very reasonable price. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not clean when we arrived in the evening and were not cleaned again until morning but otherwise the hostel had excellent facilities

The hostel was pretty nice overall with a very good breakfast. There wasn´t many computers so there was often a queue to use them. There are no lockers in the rooms, just small ones in the comunal area and the fire escape and dorm room doors were left open most of the time.

Staff are nice and helpful. it might be a good idea to have more than 2 computers for a place as large as this one.

Even thou small lockers were available it would be good to have larger lockers. Also there is this ridiculous rule that you need to spend at least ÄR$1,000 to use a credit card. They might as well not accept cards at all. However its decent and id stay again.

Helpful staff. Good bathrooms. No lockers in room (they´re outside). Expensive bar. Good tv/dining area.

Incredibly friendly staff and atmosphere. Very small hostel but thanks to that - great social opportunities in common area! Thanks! And, croissants for breakfast were delicious!

Good place overall. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, clean room, lots of information. Breakfast was a little weak, even for the standard bread and jam. Biggest disappointment was the kitchen situation: for a big place, it was extremely tiny, one sink, small stove, no room, and really dirty- maybe they want you to buy their dinners they make everynight.

Flies in the Kitchen, could do with a few more utensils in the kitchen as there wasnt even a knife. Other than that a great hostel, cheap and close to the main street, staff helpful with tours and information and there was a good friendly atmosphere.

Too many flies in the kitchen, could do with a few fly catchers. Also not enough cooking utensils, need more knives, plates, cups etc.

It`s quite big. Breakfast is OK (show up early). Kitchen is a mess, badly equipped, few utensils, dishes, etc. Excellent cleaningless. Dorms are like 10 pax, no lockers. but kept cleaned daily. Private dorms are actually quite good. Overall, really cheap, good for the price, but it`s a mass transit hostel, don´t expect a special atmosphere....

The hostel is really nice, great staff, comfortable beds, beautiful common areas. BUT: the kitchen is really missing stuff. There was exactly one knife, and maybe three plates.

Good Hostel but had a couple of issues: no lockers in room and none for rent when I arrived(lost keys). Dozens of flies swarming every room I stayed in the communal kitchen (though the staff did try dealing with it). Breakfast a bit better then the norm(integral bread-yay!) Powdered OJ could use an upgrade. All sort of planned nights are cool, attended a pizza night, really more then I could eat. Very clean, rooms cleaned and beds made daily. Tour I booked through them was not worth price.A-

We had asked to book an extra day at the hostel but were told to do it online as in person, the price was twice as much. We told them every day of our stay that we were staying longer and had booked an extra night, but they never understood. On on extra day, they wanted us to change beds (to beds already occupied), but stay in the same room. Not the smartest staff!

Kitchen is really bad. There are a lot of things missing, for example enough plates and glasses. Dorm with bathroom was fine, but shower was really small.

Really big hostel, with nice common area. 10 dorm room was nice and warm, no need for a blanket. Washroom and room was really stuffy though: no air circulation. Breakfast is ok, if you show up early enough and toast the bread. Kitchen was not well furnished and was awfully dirty every time we used it - we felt bad for the cleaning ladies who had to clean it every day. Staff should maintain it clean. Otherwise hostel was very clean. They should remove their "no alcohol in the hostel" rule.
