Perfect located, nice and helpful staff, big and clean rooms (we had a double room). Recommended!

Very nice Hostel close to the downtown. The Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The Hostel is really nice but don't pay your bill with soles. Take US Dollar with you instead of soles, because they charge you more if you want to pay with soles. Also don't ask for a airport transfer. If you take a taxi on the street it costs you 5 Soles. The Transfer service from the hostel costs 15 soles. We think that it's not very backpacker friendly to charge more for payments in soles or airport transfers..

As we expected thanks to other reviews, the staff was unable to find our booking through HostelWorld.com. Their explanation led us to belive they don't understand how the internet works. We had to produce our confirmation email for them to believe us. Despite that little issue our room (double ensuite) was huge, very clean. The kitchen was really small but the common space on the roof was awesome. Overall great value, so long as the staff doesn't loose your reservation.

We enjoyed our stay, but the breakfast was very poor. Maybe we were a bit spoiled with other hostels/pousadas but they could improve it. The room was big and clean, sometimes we didn't have hot water, but in general we did.

Nice enough place, was fairly quiet when we stayed but it was the low season.

a really good place to stay while in Cusco. A little bit noisy in the dorm I was in at night time, especially when considering that most people on an excursion have to be up very early but then again, it was just people having a good time. The guest kitchen could do with a little attention but apart from that great stuff.

First, the location is really good, not far from the centro and plaza armas but still very calm at night. That´s why you are not disturbed at all while sleeping. I´ve been to many hostels and this is one of the best hostel compared to other hostels in other places. What i like most was the people and the staffs here. They always treated us with smile and warm heart. The price also was not that bad. Also this hostel is not that far away from the bus terminal, we just paid 5 soles.

Very incompetent staff! Don't go there. I had problems with my booking made through hostelworld. When I arrived they asked to see the confirmation email for my booking, and then put me in a 8 bed dorm, when I had booked a 6 bed ensuite. As I protested they put me in the right room, but said that I had to pay more as it had the bathroom inside the room. I tried to explain that that was exactly what I had booked for! And that was just the beginning of a bad experience. Bad service and overpriced.
