Property Information:
Che Lagarto Hostels is the first hostel's chain in South America with 15 years of experience. We have more than 20 hostels in 5 countries.
We are located at Rua Pedro Longo 58 - Itacaré. The most famous landmark is the street Itacaré Pituba, where we are. So it connects the historic center to one side and all the beaches to the other. It is in the middle of everything! And only 10 minutes walk from the first beach.
Directions to hostel:
From Ilheus: You can hire a transfer through the hostel reception. Another option is to take the bus from the company Rota from the bus station in Ilheus, get off at the station Itacaré. From there you can take a taxi to the hostel or walk down the street João de Souza and turn right on up to the hostel Pituba (distance of about 5 or 10 minutes).

Latest Review
The hostel did not have much character, it was a bit dinghy. There werent many people staying at the hostel, which is fine as it is low season, but they played loud music even though not a single person was drinking at the bar and they had run out of pillow cases.
