Che Lagarto Hostel Lima Reviews

Globally ok, I was probably expecting too much. You should fix the 3rd computer if it has not been done yet.

Che Lagarto Miraflores has a really great atmosphere, and is in an ideal location. The breakfast is one of the better ones I've seen at a hostel, and the beds were comfortable enough. The hostel lets itself down with the state of its bathrooms - they could all use a good scrub with bleach. Was also disappointed that the '8-bed dorm with ensuite' I booked was open onto another 12-bed dorm that shared the bathroom - felt that was a bit deceptive.

We enjoyed our stay in Che Lagarto more than in any other hostel in Peru, due to the awesome and helpfull staff and the laidback atmosphere. There is no other place to go in Lima!

A good hostel. The energy flowed nicely considering how big it was. Some of the front desk people could have been more friendly, while other staff were more than friendly. It was clean and confortable. I would return.

As we arrived, nobody had a plan about the double room we booked, but they gave us a dorm room just for the two uf us which was alright. As we had to leave to the airport the taxi booking didn't worked at all and the girl at the reception was not helpful at all. We nearly missed our flight because of that!
