Good place to stay, good breakfast, clean, nice staff, location near the bus terminal

I really recommed this hostel. I would come back for sure.

Good place. Close to the bus station and only a bus ride away from the city center and some beaches. The only problem was that my matress was one of those old ones and wasnt so confortable. I tried to swtich beds to an empty one, but the lady in the reception wouldn't let me, even before the other guest arrived to the hostel and made check in. Other than that, all good. Good breakfast.

The place is super clean and tidy. Rooms aren't crampy, terrace is nice and simple. Kitchen is clean and well equiped, but tiny - place for only two pots/pans which can creat a line during dinner time. The main space is air conditioned and the fans in the rooms are fine, i wasn't hot at night (mid Jan). Breakfast is good. Not a lot of shared areas to seat and hang - only the kitchen/dining room and terrace. Staff was very knowledeable, friendly and nice.

I was there for a stopover to get my bus connection to Colonia. For this reason it is great. Clean, professional staff. The enviroment is not so interesting, because it s not downtown. But a really functional plase!

I liked the hostel but I hated the hostel adress. There are not restaurants, pubs in hostel neighborhood.

A bit disappointing. Regarding the lockers, even though the size of them are very good, guests are supposed to bring their own lock (and this information is not listed under the description/services section of this site). Also, the ventilation in the shared room I stayed in is very poor. There was a fan o each wall, but they didn't work properly and the heat made it difficult to fall asleep. Nevertheless, the hostel is close to Terminal Tres Cruces and Parque Rodó.

Friendly staff, great location and clean rooms; it would be perfect if there was a large enough hangout area where travelers can relax and get to know each other, though this is understandable for a hostel located at the heart of a city.

The Staff was very nice and helpful. Unlikely, it was quite a long distance from everywhere, which I could imagine according to the map, Everything was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The terrace is quite a great place to hang out with the people from the hostel. The same is true about the dinning area. Hot and nice water. If only it were a bit more to the south...

It was a long way to walk to the old town. Everything else was perfect.

Good hostel, clean, friendly staff. There's lockers in the rooms and a pretty good breakfast (toasts, cereal, coffee and pastry). The only thing I was disappointed about was the kitchen. There's no oven and only two little camping stoves.

the breakfast wasn't good, no eggs or cold cuts nor cheese.
