A great place for a cheap safe overnight stay.. especially appreciated the valuable friendly assistance from staff on 3 different shifts. for you want a safe place to go, don\'t go here. one of roommates lost her key while we were staying at this hostel, and no one in the hostel told us about it. while we were out our locker got broken in to and all our things were stolen, including 2 laptops, ipod and passports. they made us pay for the room and the staff who checked us out didnt even know what happenend. poor customer service on their part. for you want a safe place to go, don\'t go here. one of roommates lost her key while we were staying at this hostel, and no one in the hostel told us about it. while we were out our locker got broken in to and all our things were stolen, including 2 laptops, ipod and passports. they made us pay for the room and the staff who checked us out didnt even know what happenend. poor customer service on their part. ...Close

In the first 2 days we arrived there, there was no hot water. I had to wait more then 1 hour and a half to take a less than warm bath. The water was actually cold. In 4 days nobody cleaned our room/bathroom. I didn't understand that, maybe it was because it was a private room... I don\'t know. They also say wifi in room, but the wifi internet doesn't work in the rooms, we had to use it at the kitchen. This hostel was really big nicely located, but it is definitely more of a dorm for students than a place for passing travelers. My friend and I got beds in an 8 room female dorm and were supposed to have access to 2 lockers, but the 3 students living there had claimed all 8.
