Another option is to take bus No.7 or No. 97 in Arlegui Street (1 block from the bus station) and get off at Agua Santa St. with Diego Portales. Otherwise, you can walk through the bus station towards the sea to reach the intersection of Valparaiso with Viana Av., walk through Agua Santa to Diego Portales 131 (half a block, on your right).
