Loved our first stay at a Che Legarto hostel! Will definitely be using this chain more when I come back to South America to travel. Staff was great, best hostel breakfast I've had in a long time and the place was very sleek and clean.

The gap between bed and bed is too close and there aren´t enought wall plugs for everyone

The staff were fantastic at Che Lagarto in Iguacu. They were very helpful to help research and call for bus transfers/hostels in our other travels when we got stranded. Included us in parties they were going to - and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to go! The hostel is in a great location, and close to restaurants and is walking distance (5mins) to the bus station to get to the falls. Very safe and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this hostel!

Really nice hostel, which feels more like a hotel. Friendly and helpful staff with free caparinhas some nights. Enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend.

Looks and feels like a hotel. Only problem was that it lacked the atmosphere of a hostel and the jacuzzi and downstairs loo really needed a clean.

Not your usual backpacker vibe - lots of older customers because it's a converted hotel and so quite nice. Single beds slightly crammed into 4 bed 'dorm' but generous sized bathroom makes up for it! Rooftop bar and sunset caiprinha hour is awesome. Close to bus station, epic supermarket and churrasceria (gaucho - recommend!) Great brekky, pool/ping pong room, can use kitchen and staff lovely (although would be good if they had noticeboard with bus timetables, prices for falls etc).

It's almost like an hotel; clean, jacuzzi, good breakfast. If you prefer a more social hostel you should maybe pick another one. Other than that, no complaints!

Great hostel, almost like an hotel; clean, bright, all the facilities you need. Awesome jacuzzi!! When I was there not a lot of socializing going on, but that might be different in the high season.

I just stayed there for 1 night so i couldnt evaluate as it should be but it was really good, i first room that they gave me had a problem with the eletricity but the staff moved me to another one which was working just fine... so, no big problems. They staff was really helpfull and the cleanliness was good as well. The bed was one of the best ive ever tried of any hostel.

More of a hotel than a hostel. Good breakfast selection and very helpful staff.

Stayed in a private ensuite. Facilities are brand new and private ensuite felt more like a hotel than hostel despite the hostel pricing. Very clean. Not the most social atmosphere, large communal area is underutilized. Pool and ping pong table. Most staff was fantastic and spoke great english. ~ 15 min walk to the bus station.

Often seemed like front desk was to busy. Perhaps need more staff?

The staff here are awesome! So friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the staff you made our stay amazing! The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a pool and spa on the roof and sunset roof top drinks every night. There's a little tour company to book all your Iguazu falls needs. Complimentary breakfast. The hostel is new so no old building problems. People of all ages staying in this hostel was great to see.
