The Hotel is fine. The location is good as I read the tripadvisor, the brakbast was poor.

Good for couples, not the bets place to meet fellow travellers. Location is not great but public transport works really well, close to metro station. Hot showers, good English-speaking staff and clean rooms.

Out bathroom was not that clean unfortunately. The hostel might consider a serious cleaning of the bathrooms, the room in it self seems to have gotten a make over but the bathroom not. The girls in the reception were very nice and helpful - especiall Luisa (we think this was her name, she worked late during the week that we were there). A big minus that we when checking out were told that we could not pay with a creditcard. However, after an argument we were allowed to pay with our card...

Very close to Copacabana beach, very secure and great home-made cooking by the lovely ladie in the hostel's kitchen. Had a great stay!

Very clean with helpful multi-lingual staff. Very close to copacabana but in our opinion this is not a good thing. Other areas of rio not so soul less. Lacks any socialises and has NO bar despite claiming it does. If a fridge with a beer in is a bar then I have lived in one all my life!!! A shame as everything else very good. We recommend che logaro in ipanema.
