Un lugar increible y lleno de energia!!!La ubicacion es excelente en pleno centro cerca de todos los puntos turisticos de la ciudad.La atencion es personalizada dedicada a cada huesped. A la noche ofrecen un menu super economico para poder cenar en grupo .En el bar hay promociones para aprovechar!!!Limpieza:: 10 puntos.Super recomendable , seguramente volveremos a Che lagarto Buzios !!!

I had an excellent time at the hostel, they make feel like home, all the people working there so nice and kind, providing really usefull information and the location is just perfect.

Bad experience.

we were robed the first day in in the room, the lockers were really unsecure. the staff well but didn´t do anything to avoid the rob

As soon as you get down the bus you walk 1 block and you are there. Great breakfast staff and passesgers look really happy there. We only stayed 1 night cause we hace reservation for pousada san Francisco the other 3 nights. Now we keep on travelling to Rio!

Only spent one night here and rushed off I the morning so it was a bit of a flying visit, really close to the bus 'station' so good in that respect, but not so close to the beach. But if you're going to beaches that aren't right in the town (which I would recommend), you're in a great location to jump in a collectivo to take you there. Good breakfast.

only two problems you can pay with credit card only cash ( bad), and from 19:00 till 21:00 you are not aloud to use the kitchen because they use it on this times, we pay for the use of the kitchen and it's not fair because this is the dinner time for everyone apart of this I really enjoy my stay on this hostel and for sure i will back thanks........

El hostel esmuy lindo pero MUY ruidoso. Siempre leí comentarios acerca de hostels ruidosos pero nunca presté atención hasta ahora: 1° las habitaciones con puertas de placard permiten que pase todo el sonido. 2° La música está MUY alta al punto de no escuchar al otro, no hay necesidad! 3° El timbre, preparado para q se escuche sobre la música, suena toda la noche. Sería conveniente cambiar las puertas y el timbre. Yo recomiendo el hostel con esta salvedad.

I was ridiculously overcharged in a "currency exchange" when checking in. The hostel is well located but definitely didn't have a good experience with the staff.

It was great staying at Che Lagarto, met lots of different people. The place was pretty comfortable and clean. The music was a bit annoying and too loud at times, but overall it was great.

we never would go again in the che lagarto buzios. from midday on there was horribly loud house bum bum music, always directly at the entrance to our room, like at my ear, until 01.00. we avoided to come to the hostel during the day, relaxing was definitly not possible. we like music, but not like in a night club al the day.

An excellent Hostel, staff were very friendly, location is great. The meal in the evening is a great way to meet people, we had a lot of fun!! If I had one complaint it would be that the music is too loud, it dosen´t need to be so loud fellas! Would def. come back here.

Good hostel with clean rooms and friendly stuff. At the weekends go there only if you are up for extremly loud mainstream music all day long.
