awesome hostel!! staff is awesome and friendly, great atmosphere for meeting new people and of course they have an amazing breakfast with over 40 variations of crepes (not all at once). very clean and very fun if your passing through check this place out and you won't regret it.

Good staff with very good location, a few blocks away from the bus station and the city centre. The facilities of the hostel are good and clean. Totally recommend.

Location of the Hostel is close to everything: the bus terminal, park, center, shops! In the hostel itself there is moe staff than guests, but everyone is very open and outgoing, and especially Charles got very involved! Facilities are all OK, beds fine and kitchen OK as well! Mostly the vibe is very good in the hostel :) don't be too late for breakfast: after 930 all pancakes and fruits are usually finished and not being refilled.. Overall very nice stay & lively city!

One of the best hostels I've stayed at in South America and conveniently close to the bus terminal, a huge park, and centre of Córdoba. The hospitality at this hostel is beyond exceptional. Hot showers, good location, excellent wifi, comfortable beds, and Dale's crepes every morning! He definitely goes above and beyond to help you.

I had a great week here at Che Salguero in Cordoba. The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. Muy buena onda. Dale, the owner puts so much heart into the hostel, rising before dawn every morning to make fresh crepes for the guests, and was very helpful in recommending activities. I'd have no hesitations recommending this hostel to anyone. Gracias!!

Even though it was quiet season, this was one of my favourite hostels in South America. Very close to bus station, 15 minute walk to main square but in a very nice area and only five minutes away from nice restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and allowed us to use room after check-out cz it was quiet. Football table good quality, tv and bar in lounge area and music playing. Only negative was that it was quiet at times but that's not hostels fault (winter), but the staff came out with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Che Salguero. The staff were really nice and accommodating, they let us leave our bags and use the facilities to cook before our night bus ride. The dorms rooms are nice, spacious and have good sized lockers available. Great breakfast- nice to have crepes and fruit instead of the stock standard white bread and jam :)

The hostel was great, the location was perfect, close to the main terminal, an awesome park and shops and bars. The staff particurlarly were great, very helpful and friendly, there were always people around to create a great atmosphere. I loved my time here!! Oh and the crepes in the morning, need I say more!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They joined people in the happy hours and were always available to help. About the infrastructure, the 3 bed room where I was lodged looked improvised. The door was in bad condition. The floor looked like being rebuilded. The lockers' hinges were broken. The other dorms must be in better condition.

The room you stayed in was the old caretakers residence. It is unique with an old brick floor, but comfortable, has the most room per person, the most privacy and no bunk beds. The door has a small crack in it (rowdy guest) was repaired long ago and was fully functional and secure. The lockers under the bed are hinged at the bottom and a lock will keep the doors in place. Without being locked they can be sensitive to being bumped open on their own. I am glad you enjoyed your stay!

I woke up at 9:30 and there was no bread left and the "amazing creps" as well. Beside the nice staff and the good location next to the park, this hostel is not something special at all. The Wi Fi is a bit slow sometime. No atmosphere.

We are very sorry you were disappointed. I can address each of your concerns. Your last morning with us you approached staff wanting breakfast at 10:30 just as we were clearing away the breakfast items. We left cereals and a large bowl with several dfferent types of fruit for you. The fresh bread & our crepes are very popular. Our semi-residential location prevents us from being a non-stop party house that some want, Wifi speed can vary at times with the demand of 30 or more guests and staff. DJ

This hostel is very friendly and clean (and the location is just perfect). There are delicious crepes (pancakes) for breakfast (as well as fruit). It may get loud at night, which is a minus point if you have to wake up early the next day to work or study but a plus point if you are relaxed and enjoy having a good time with nice people. I had a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay! We met so many interesting people there. There are crepes for breakfast so that was also a major bonus. We did lots of day trips so it was perfect how close the hostel was to the bus station.

I initially booked just one night in the hostel but ended up staying for a week because I enjoyed it so much. The layout of the hostel is great, we ate asado and pollo al disco in the garden in the back. The location is great and so are the staff meaning the atmosphere of the hostel is perfect if you want to meet people, have some drinks and have a good time. Also the pancakes for breakfast were delicious.

Friendly staff, fairly close to the bus station (although I had trouble with the directions - it's a lot quicker to exit the bus station from the top floor and walk over the bus parking area). Rooms were comfortable enough. The hostel could do with a makeover as it feels a bit tired.

This is a great hostel. As others have said, it is in a great location, a short walk from the bus station and within easy walking distance to the city center, museums, and parks. Dale, the owner, is really friendly and helpful. Every morning he makes two different types of crepes (which are always delicious!) to go along with fresh fruit and cereal. The rest of the staff (the volunteers) were also great and fun to talk to. Sometimes everyone makes dinners together. Would definitely come again!
