Good place. walking distance to all the main things to do in the city. cpose to metro line asxwell.

GOOD: beds were comfortable, location was excellent within easy walking distance to the main attractions. BAD: Staff - they were hot and cold, one moment they were friendly the next moment they were rude and unpleasant. The showers: temperature unstable and changing, floor always flooded with water. Cleanliness/maintenance - this hostel needs an upgrade many items broken, damaged or ineffective. Overall, not the worst hostel but I am certain there are better and cheaper hostels in Berlin.

Great hostel, good location, comfy beds, spacious room, very clean bathroom and kitchen. Staff is very nice too. Located close to Checkpoint Charlie, for the price the value is unbeatable

Not a good place for a solo traveler. Quite sketchy at night to walk back from public transportation. Right near checkpoint Charlie.

The best location! You're only about 5 minutes walk from check point charlie and a ubahn station to take you everywhere. Also there is a market right around the corner and lots of cafes that are close. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. You could purchase toiletries and adapters at the front desk. Kitchen with storage for your food and pots and pans. The place was overall clean and the atmosphere was great, not too loud. If you're looking for a central location pick Check-In Hostel!

Everything is good, but laundry service was terrible. Staff told me it's EUR5/5kg but when I wanted to, it's EUR10 even though it wasn't even 5kg. Reason was they cant fit all my clothes into their washing machine. They used a small plastic bag to gauge if the clothes fit but the bags were so pathetically small and no way it can fit 5kg. I had to do the laundry because we were in a rush so we paid for it but the result? The clothes still dirty with all the dirts & hairs all over my cloths.

Relatively clean hostel and clean and comfortable rooms. Showers flooded a bit, but it wasn't anything too dampening or serious. Wifi was a bit spotty at times, but overall a nice place to stay :)

That's just what it is, a place to check in and leave again. It's all okay but not really pleasant to hang around at. And the street is extremely noisy in the night, bring your ear plugs.

Let's see...the bathrooms/showers were pretty bad as they didn't drain at all. The kitchen was "clean up after yourself" but not many people followed it. However the hostel was very big and they had a nice common room. They have lockers, but you have to bring your own lock and the staff was super helpful. The hostel is also close to some major metro and bus stops. We had no problem getting anywhere. I would definitely come back to this hostel.

Especially clean and modern-looking. Good lounge/game room area, as well as a dedicated room for storing luggage. The showers were HOT and powerful which was a big plus! Wifi is relatively fast but requires a Facebook check-in every few hours, which is a bit of a pain. Located on the second floor with no elevator, and three blocks walk from the U-Bahn station - luckily the neighbourhood itself is central and seems safe. Can get a little noisy at night. Overall good to excellent rating.

It is a pretty nice hostel. There are 2 computers for free internet access which is cool! There are many rooms for showering but the showers need to be fixed. The toilets are great! Nice and Clean! The kitchen is dirty honestly. I think not because of the hostel itself but the guests. Someone does not clean the dish just leave it in the sink then others will follow. The staffs are helpful but never give a smile to me and are not that welcoming :(

Wifi works really slow, in evening doesnt work at all, kitchen constantly dirty, there is so many cameras in hostel but not in kitchen where it should be.

It's alright, mainly just a place to sleep. Atmosphere sucks, kitchen hardly has anything but you can manage, no clubs or bars close to it. Get what you pay for.

Hostel was nice, but lockers were small and I couldn't fit my backpack there. Kitchen was ok but there was no spoons, knives or deep plates. Take your own. Grocery store Lidl is just around the corner and it it quite close to metro station. Beds, showers and toilet were good. Little bit cold though when window was open all night.

Amazing value for money . Has everything you need and is clean. The atmosphere may lack a bit but there are always people in the common room to start up a chat with .

The hostel is not too bad situated. The historical part is situated in Mitte (Center) while the clubs part is rather situated near East Side Gallery. The facilities are OK/Good, the bedrooms are correct even if a power plug near the beds would be appreciated The kitchen is rather disgusting, with not enough kitchen stuff, but you will survive. The common room are OK. Although we meet amazing people here leaving good feedback.

Very basic hostel. Requires air conditioning as the heat can be quite unbearable.

The hostel was amazing.. Very friendly front desk staff, whom were very helpful. The only bad thing was the cleaning lady was very rude. I believe if you hate your job you shouldn't take it out on others!! Ig: Anth0nyAvila < that's a zero not an o

Perfect location to see the main sights and museums and lots of restaurants. Nice to be able to buy and drink beers in the common area. WiFi was great and beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean with lots of showers. Staff was accommodating. Overall great place to stay in Berlin.
