As they said in other reviews, they simply don't try hard to keep a cool atmosphere. They make you leave a deposit to use kitchen staff. They say they accept credit cards but with a minimum of 20 EUR (wich is not written anywhere) Lickyly I only stayed there one day.

Rooms are clean, but the lockers are really small. There is no toilet and washing room inside the room. The bathroom was really dirty and the toilet was also smell bad! It was really noisy at the night, I would not recommend people living there.

Very cheap, good for sleeping, location was great but other than that there was not anything special about this place. Facilities were not that great either, especially the showers were a bit unpleasant. Diner around the corner was nice though.

Our first hostel EVER and it was a good experience! We had a double room ensuite, and arived ealry so they didnt have time to clean it, we didnt mind and thougth they cleaned it later. Did not happend. Other than that the hostel is easy to find, awsome staff, clean and good. Security could be better, but it was ok! Will and have recomended to other tourists and friends =) Kim and Camilla Norwegians :P

Would it hurt to try just a liiiittle bit? Day before I leave for a 3-week trip with no laundry service I decide to wash clothes. They say 8 hours. Fine. 18 hours and they give my wadded up bag of clothes back STILL WET! When I ask for my 5 Euro back, they refuse. So now, I get to spend the rest of my trip mildewy. Thanks. Also. Dont come here if you need a kitchen. Its disgusting and you have to rent out pots and plates. Also, dont expect toilet paper in the ladies wc after 10pm. Thats all.

I've stayed at many hostels in my life, but this was by far the worst one I've stayed in. Staff were extremely unhelpful, and it seemed like they didn't know much about the area we were staying in. Avoid this place at all costs

Great hostel. Amazing value. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could reasonably expect for the price. My bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Elsa!

The hostel was comfortable. The showers were hot and the halls were quiet. The proximity to the subway made exploring the city easy. I enjoyed my stay.

It was a good value for the money.. Location is perfect, really close to U-Bahn stops and well connected to all parts of the city. Staff was helpful and friendly. If you' re looking a cheap place to sleep and leave your stuff without spending much time in the acctual hostel this is your place.

Good location. A short walk to the subway and isn't too far from many tourist locations.

It is definately one of the best hostels I've ever visited. Clean rooms, nearly perfect showers with hot water, a community room with TV and board games and friendly staff. Keep on going like this. Thanks a lot for your hospitality!

Great hostel for the price. Location is very good, you can walk to checkpoint charlie and Brandenburg gate etc. They have a good kitchen and a nice hangout spot. Lockers are a good size and beds were decently comfortable. I'd stay there again if I go back to Berlin.

The hostel isn't very fancy or stylish, the location is good. The bathrooms were not clean, the beds not really comfortable. It is okay to stay there for a night or two, but it does not really represent the great city of berlin!

Nice and clean rooms, clean toilets and showers. Kitchen and fridge for use. Excellent location, very close to the city centre and to the U-bahn stop. Lidl supermarket just around the corner which is perfect. Staff was very helpful. Can pay by credit card.
