From my 4 visits to Hong Kong, this is by far the best hostel I have been in. The friendly atmosphere makes it a great place to meet and chat with the fellow travellers and the staff are very friendly.

This is my second time staying there and both time, I wasn't disappointed. This place is a hidden jem in HK. They need to tell more people about it.

Tracy was very accomodating. We arrived earlier than check-in time but was allowed to have our room as soon as it was available. The room was really clean and trendy.

Perfect Hostel for any adventure in Hong Kong. It's just a little tricky to find and then remember where it is.

This was one of my best hostel experiences I've had. I made a lot of friends while staying here including Wincent and Stacey. Very friendly hosts and excellent accommodation. Location puts you in the heart of Hong Kong. Would never hesitate to book again.

Amazing guesthouse, I feel like home and was pretty sad to leave. Clever, near from the center of hong kong (8 minutes by foot from the MTR station). I've met good people here and banana + cold water are free :) Enjoy !

The CheckInn HK is conveniently located on the Hong Kong Island in a bustling Wan Chai district with many local restaurants and shops. The hostel is basically a renovated apartment in one of the high rises, all very clean and equipped with ikea-like furniture. The staff is very friendly and helpful (hi Tracy!), always willing to provide a tip on where to dine or what to see in HK and it is easy to socialize with other travelers thanks to the smallish "living room/lounge". Definitely recommended!

Good location, great staff, decent sized beds, very clean, fast wifi/PC's. Ensuite shower was very small, but the hostel has another two shower rooms you can use which were a better size. Would stay again if in Hong Kong.

Absolutely worth visiting. Many wanted to extend their stay here, unfortunately I did not have chance for that. Very convenient to go anywhere in Hong Kong. I recommend!

Wonderful hostel! Wincent, the owner, and Tracy were absolutely fantastic. The only downside are the tiny bathrooms, but that's to be expected in a place like Hong Kong where space is such a premium.

The Check Inn HK Hostel is probably the best place to stay in Hongkong when you are on a budget. There are only a few really cheap hostels in HK and this one offers good value for your money. The hostel owner Wincent and Tracy are very helpful and make your trip to Hongkong a really special one. I can only recommend this hostel.

Well, I should've known what to expect based on the cost, but I guess the photos on the website were prettier than what we saw in person. The one and only double ensuite is tiny. Like a shoebox. And you could hear when people on the same floor were taking a shower or entering the other units. MTR station is 2 blocks away, but a faaar 2 blocks.Oh! No windows! So if you're claustrophobic, I'd stay away :D

Convenient location just 5 min walk from wan chai mtr, this hostel is really clean and very secure (security code on building door, hostel door, dorm door and metal safes in dorms!). Looks very new and everything works, friendly and helpful staff. Dorms are reasonably spacious with plenty of luggage storage space. Shared bathrooms were clean and small communal area. No food or cooking facilities.

Great location on HK island. Common room is small and bathrooms are tiny, but it is central HK so that is to be expected. compared to other places I've been in HK (Chung King Mansions) it was waaay better. Only complaint is towel service was way more expensive that it should be. Overall good place.
