Location is great, staff is nice, but it is way overpriced. I stayed in a 8 bed dorm (3-tier beds) and it was tiny, barely had any room to move. There wasn't much of a social atmosphere, it was hard to meet people as there was no common room. I wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 nights during the Chinese New Year. Hostel was great considering all other accommodations were very expensive. Staff was very helpful and even organized groups events led by the amazing Wincent, who acted as a tour guide. They even offered currency exchange at reception when all the banks were closed for the holiday. Rooms were standard dorm-style but bathroom were always cleaned. Highly recommend this hostel!

This is an amazing Hostel in Hong Kong! I would recommend everybody to stay there. The staffs are great and provide you with a lot of useful information. They also provide a lot of options for exploring interesting things in the city together with them. You will feel like in a big family :)

Nice staff and excellent location. But quite expensive during holidays. Rooms were clean but common area is too bit small. only one sofa and that was it. Other than that, 5min to subway station.

This place is in a great location but it was hard to find it since there is no logo or sign outside the building. Just follow the instructions from your email confirmation. The Pub Crawl on Thursdays is a must definitely thing to do while you there. I was there for new years so it was insanely crazy with almost 300 (Spartans/Tourists) lol Anyways, everything is small, welcome to Hong Kong! However you got common areas in every single department & at the reception. Metro is about 3 blocks away.

Great place to stay on HK Island. Liked that the hostel arranged a few trips to see horse racing and the peak.

Really nice people working and running the place. They have great resources, books, maps available for their guests. The owner organized free outings around HK, because he enjoys being with other people. Really NICE!

Great hostel

Staff mops the floor and cleans all surfaces and bathrooms daily, so everything is always clean. There are very cozy common areas to relax in or meet people. You can pay 60 HK$ for staff to do your laundry for you and return it folded and smelling nice. Computers are available as well as fairly fast wifi. There are guidebooks and brochures full of information about restaurants, attractions, different districts and the like.

Nice hostel with friendly and helpful staff. Activities organised during the week and recommendations on things to do in HK. Good social atmosphere as well.

The majority of staff were great, there was just one who had a bit of attitude problem. It seemed like she really didn't want to talk to the customers. Vincent the owner was great to hang out with, organising a few outing, which were great for meeting other people in the hostel and even other hostels. Check Inn HK hostel has a great vibe in the reception and hangout room which was also great for meeting other travellers.

Tiny bathrooms! And the doors are super thin. They exit out to the lobby/common area so you dont really want to do your business there... But i guess thats how it is in HK. Good ventilation in the bathroom and warm water. Very good location! Could walk home from a night out drinking

Great staff... found my camera after I left (which had bounced under opposite bed when I was getting ready for bed). Also, good restaurant recommendations.
