Sometimes the music it too loud. It is hard to talk to each other then or to fall asleep.

I made a reservation for a double room after reading others' reviews about this hostel. I stayed in the detached building from the main building. It had a terrible sound proof walls..so I couldn't sleep well during the night, and it smelled urine in the bathroom..I can't understand why so many travellers gave good comments to this hostel..It was the most terrible hostel that I have ever stayed in Turkey.

This place was nice. Staffs were very helpful and kindly let me know the information. Safe. 3 minute walk to the Aya sofia and the Blue mosque. try to keep clean. I liked the bed. You can enjoy a lot.

Very nice and fun atmosphere. If you are a light sleeper and do not like to party then I would not recommend it. The upstairs bar can be very loud. But if you are interested in meeting people and having a good time then this is a great place! The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Nestled within a cobblestone street, the warmth of this hostel is felt from the moment you walk in. Every guest is offered warm tea from their long voyage by the very hospitable staff. Clean and soothing decoration.

The staff at Cheers was wonderful. They were super friendly and went out of their way to help us and make us feel comfortable.

Probably the best place I stayed in 18 months of travel. A lovely hostel with an amazing location - minutes from the Hagia Sofia. Beautifully decorated and unique, the breakfast buffet was an unexpected surprise with brilliant food. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. I stayed in a dorm and it was huge, good locker that fits all your stuff and a lovely comfy bed.

Lovely hostel in a great location, only a few minutes away from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The Manager, Tarik is probably the friendliest hostel host I ever met. He assists you with everything and provides you with valuable tips. He gave me a crash-course in how to bargain at the Grand Bazaar. I think that saved me a lot of money :) The dorm room I stayed in was spacious and clean, but there are limited shower facilities. I think the 30 Euro for the airport transport are a bit much.

A great stay in a brilliant hostel. Location is excellent to see all the sights. The staff are fabulous and is what make this place, they are fun, friendly and interact with guests like good friends. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned everyday and they serve a good breakfast with teas and coffee made to order. The bar is great fun with a great view and it a great place to meet new people. So good i rebooked to stay again.

They added an extra bed to my 8 person room. The extra bed meant that no one had anywhere to put their bags since the lockers weren't big enough for anything but my smaller backpack.

This HOstel its amazing, one of the best hostel in Europe. The atmosphere is special and the location is the best

Awesome location (the view from the bar is really amazing), very clean, with all facilities that you'd need. The staff will treat you like you were a VIP, they are all truly nice and helpful. The noise from the bar was sometimes slightly annoying, but with earplugs (or beer !) you would easily manage it. All in all, one of the best hostel i've ever stayed in.

I would Highly recommend cheers hostel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, location is great, bathrooms and rooms were clean, good atmosphere, great value. The included breakfast was also very nice. Overall awesome stay!

Cheers hostel was by far my best hostel experience! Perfect location, great breakfast, amazing staff that go out of their way for you! There is also a cute bar with an amazing view. When I return to Istanbol, I will definitely be staying at Cheers!

This was by far my favorite hostel that I've stayed at. The location was amazing. Walking distance from basically everything. I didn't even have to use the tram. The hostel was very homey. The bar had a spectacular view. But the staff is what really made my experience. They are just the sweetest, friendliest, most knowledgable people there. Any question I had was answered. They made me feel at home. I think that anybody passing through Istanbul should stay here :)

We had a delightful deluxe ensuite room in a separate building. Very clean and excellent amenities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast - eat as much as you can. Very centrally situated with all the main tourist sites within walking distance. No self catering, but lots of eating places around at excellent value. We would recommend this hostel to anyone.

Cheers Hostel is incredible! Great location (minutes from hagia sophiea and blue mosque) lovely helpful staff. A relaxed environment - comfy beds very tidy! I am travelling alone so did loads on research on hostels in Istanbul and cheers hostel had great reviews and I can now see why! Highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Istanbul. I would certainly stay here again!

Cheers Hostel is located on the center of Istanbul and very comfortable. Facilities were very good and breakfast was excellent. I had a great time in Istanbul thanks to Cheers Hostel!
