No breakfast. It is also the first time I had to pay to leave my bag on the departure day. It was also the first time I went to a hostel in the US... maybe this is how it works here. I'm just not used to that. Besides that, nothing to complain about. It's a bit pricy for a hostel, but the people are friendly and ready to help. It's very well located too, which is a HUGE plus in NYC.

Location good, spacious rooms, staff ruins all: arrogant, incompetent and ignorant. 8:30 in the morning: I was asleep when a cleaner walks in, radio at max volume. He cleans the bed below me and dumps the old sheets on me while I was just waking up because of the noise. Then another cleaner walks in: they start a loud discussion in Spanish. Told staff (some 'Wuh') who didn't care: he wasn't there, so he didn't know what happened. Didn't want to take action, not even apologize. Horrible place!

Excellent location! Bathrooms were plentiful and very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of a kitchen/common area, but space is hard to find in NYC, and the price here was reasonable.

Your wifi sucks, but the Delta wifi is accessible without a password, so I ended up using that a lot of the time.

Water pressure is almost non existent, floor boards creak no matter where you move, beds are shaky, no indoor common area.

Awesome location, very walkable to Time Square, the theater district and shopping at 5th Ave. This place was very clean and safe even at night. The staff at the front desk were really willing to help out with any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again! ;)

everything was good except for the lack of a lounge/common area for the guests to use internet/hang out.

Great hostel experience! Very cheap and clean, in a very center (Times square in a 10 min walking distance) with helpful staff, the hostel is the best place to stay in the NYC. Highly recommend!!!

It is just a fair place, especially in a good location in Manhattan. The room is big and simple. You need to prepare your own lock to use the "locker" . The locker is a very tall one but in a thin shape which is inconvenient. There is no a common place to sit down or to meet people, only a tiny place with a bench and several computers. It is not really cheap as well. Maybe it is because of Manhattan, but I am sure I can find some place similar with cheaper price even in central London.

The impression I had from the outside was bad, but actually from inside the hostel is really good. The rooms are clean, bathrooms too, though small. Staff is ok, gives you help when you need. They have nice terrace, but the hostel lacks a internal common area, because on winter not much people go out there to hang. Also they could have free computers and cheaper laundry facilities. 6 to wash and dry plus soap. But at least they have these facilities. The heater is very good in the room.

Too bad the wi-fi does not work very well. It's a very comfortable accommodation. The shared rooms have their own bathrooms inside. The staff is very helpful.
