They were in process of renovating so was not as good as it could be. Staff only spoke poor English. So not helpful Difficult to find. Taxi could not find it. But found it myself. There is better accommodation out there

The taxidriver was not able to bring me to the accomodation, because the description was not very good. Everything was quite dirty and not as appealing as the pictures. If it hadn't been for one English-speaking volunteer helping me I would have been left to myself. Even though I had paid a deposit with website, I had to pay that money again. The first night, there was no food available even though it was a restaurant. I was quite disapointed.

The floors of the rooms got wet from the shower. The floor tiles are peeling up and water stays under the floor.

Checked in and asked for a refund and left 5 minutes later. Rooms were moldy, smelly and not in good repair. The walls had holes and pealing paint and plaster. The bathrooms were moulds and stank. The rooms are tiny. The pictures are far nicer than the reality of the place. Much better hostels available in chengdu

it's hard as hell to find as their given directions suck (hint - find the foot bridge over the river) but the owner and staff are really helpful and funny and its nice place to drink tea
