I only spent one night but it was a great experience. The staff organized hot pot dinner and then free party in the town. They were also extremely helpful in everything else. Good common areas, internet, etc., all that you need for a very low price. Late checkout (6PM) is also available for half price!

Nice, comfortable place, great staff, fantastic location right next to the bus station, but as usual, no real social atmosphere. Really the only detractor, but if you don't care about that, a really nice place to stay.

This is the third time that I stay at the hostel. Location of the hostel is excellent. There is easy access to food, shopping and especially the bus station, which makes travelling to other places out of Chengdu that much more easier. The place is kept very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hostel rooms are very noisy and the outside light shines into the rooms and cannot be blocked out, you can read a book by them, too bright at night. Metal walkaway and stairs are very loud when people walk on them. The staff are excellent, especially Jack. But for 90 yuan I thught it over priced for what little you got.

Most of the girls were helpful. Liz was very good. She helped us figure out how to get to the train station. Also there was another young lady who was EXTREMELY helpful with helping us how to get around Chengdu. She had short hair and glasses. I cant remember her name! She had on plaid while we were there. Great facilities! Definitely recomending this hostel to all my friends!

Everything was fine there; staffs are friendly & helpful, rooms are clean; nice restaurant & good food; except the staircase whcih leads to guest rooms was dark, dirty and smelly. Should try to improve on that.

Good hostel where can meet interesting people. The prices of bar and routes are a little expensive for being in China, and not all tours are avalaible.

The hostel is in an excellent location. Showers etc are good. Internet access is excellent. The staff are very helpful, although breakfast one morning was late - I had pre-ordered it as I was going out on a trip. I would recommend this hostel !

Location right next to the bus station is very convenient. Our room was actually located in the adjacent hotel, accessed via an unconventional entrance. The staff recommended a one day tour to emei Shan and le Shan which we decided to to book. Then staff told us that the tour doesn't run anymore and told us to go ourselves via the bus station next door. Without a guide, most of the day was wasted and we saw very little of the mountain (signs in Chinese). Air conditioner didn't work for heating.

Owner Comment (Show)
Hi,we feel very sorry for those problems. if we knew it during your staying here,we will do our best to help you solve this. for that one day tour to Mt'Emei and Leshan giant buddha, because it is also chinese tour, guide can not speak english and usually the chinese tour including some shopping programs,so we usually recommend our foreign guests go by themself, but it is not very easy to find the right way there,we will pay attention to this.and the A/C is working for both heating and cooling, need to change mode. Thank you very much for your comment,we will improve ourselves and provide better service to our future guests.

hostel was nice and very clean. We stayed in a 3 Bedroom and they changed our towels everyday. The location was good and it's close the metro station. Only bad thing: it's expensive to use the washing mashine. But all in all it was really nice there =).
