I stayed at a 2dbl bed and room was big and clean. The only two complaints that I have is that the housekeeping ladies are very noisy during the morning and the tour conductor assigned for The Panda Center and Sichuan Opera is a completly unfriendly man. He does not speak a word of english, he arrived 15 minutes late the first day we went to see Pandas, we spent another 10 minutes in the gas station, and there were any time compensation at the end. Tours cost money, so my time.

Great location. Literally behind xinnammen bus station that takes you to all the sites. The staff is amazing! Group of young English speaking Chinese who make you feel like part of the place and not just a client. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The only thing is that they charge 30 yuan for the help of booking a plane or train ticket which to me seemed a bit greedy, especially because they charge per order.

Not a bad stay, but not a great one. Arrived as I stated on reservation (1am flight arrival) but found no one at reception (supposedly 24h) to help. Had to wake up a grouchy, tipsy young guy sleeping in the room adjoining reservations just to get a key... He wouldn't even show me to the room in the dark. Morning staff were better & spoke good English. Enjoyed free electric blankets in cold damp sichuan.

It's a flow over into a hotel. So basically we paid hostel prices for a hotel type room. And I cannot start to say enough good things about how friendly and unbelievable helpful the staff were. So I won't even start. The only problem is that the charge a 25 yuan charge for each travel ticket they help you purchase. But hey, at least they help.

I stayed in a private room without ensuite. The shower rooms were housed in an adjacent building, accessible by going outside(albeit not far). Having to do that in winter isn't something I'd like to do so I changed to a room with ensuite. It'd have been good for the hostel to make it known about the showering situation. While some of the staff were friendly(mostly female ones), the others I felt weren't very. My questions regarding tours on offer were met with rather bland responses.

The hostell is in a very convenient location, 5 minutes from the bus station to go to theoutskirts of chengdu. We spend 3 nights there and we left part of our luggages there when we were traveling aroung. All the rooms and common parts are clean and warm. The stuff i really helpfull and nice. I kindly reccomend it.

Really nice staff and the atmosphere was very welcoming too. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the tour to the panda base you sell was nice, good to be there early enough to enjoy those nice animals! We definitely enjoyed our stay in your hostel.

3 min to the long-distance bus station, which is very convinient if you want to travel one-day journeys to the some of the main touristic places in Sichuan (Leshan Bouddha, Emei Shan, Qingcheng Shan), and to a bus that goes directly to the panda zoo the only main drawback is that the common room/restaurant was not heated during my stay…

I thought that everything about our stay at this hostel was amazing, from the friendly staff to the amazing breakfast. Sometimes it could be a bit loud in the hallway outside our door but that is a minor inconvenience extremely outweighed by the positives of this hostel. This hostel is amaxing.

Fourth or fifth time staying here, and every time I'm glad I chose to come back. Very helpful staff with an adorable pet bulldog, tons of movies to watch int the lounge, great tour offerings, clean rooms with towels included, and the best location by the Chengdu Tourism Bus Station. Whenever I go back to Chengdu, this will be my go-to hostel.

The hostel's location is great. Next to the hostel buses leave to the Panda research base, to Jiuzhaigou and to lots of other locations.

We stayed in a double room, shared bathroom. We loved how friendly and helpful every member of the staff was and we were surprised that even though the bathrooms were shared they were always spotless. Little extra touches like providing a heated blanket in the room and a hairdryer and washing machines in the shower room really made our stay comfortable. We are returning to Chengdu this summer with our families and will definitely stay here again.

Great hostel, we travelled all over China for a month and Traffic Inn had the best facilities. Where it really excelled though was the staff, who were all friendly, helpful and relaxed - especially Markloff who is a straight-up badman and will make sure you have a good time.
