Its location was good. With a metro, you can go to center of Paris easily. And Mr.Godo is very kind and friendly. There were two cats in house. It was interesting. They were so lovely. They do not afraid of strangers. The best thing was that room was spacious and clean. Bed sheet was clean. Entirely i was satisfied with it.

The room was great- just what we needed for a short two night stay. The place is a bit far from the center so you need to take the metro in to get in, but we traveled there by car so we needed to say in an area that we could easily find parking. We would definitely recommend it to couples looking for somewhere to stay right outside of Paris.

A group of three of us stayed in the "guest house" that is detached from the house. It was wonderful!! It's small but clean, up-to-date, and overall nice! It has a small kitchen, a futon that turns into a bed, a full bathroom and an upstairs loft that sleeps two people. Another benefit is great WiFi! The metro station is a 5-10 minute walk away which is very convenient when traveling into the city and to the airport. Overall this was a great place to stay, I wish we stayed longer!

Staying at Chez Godo was more like a home stay than a hostel. It was shoulder season and we had a large private room upstairs for the price of two beds in a 6-bed dorm. Godo is very friendly and speaks excellent English, so we were able to have many conversations and to meet friends who dropped by occasionally. He seems to be a natural at being a great host. Excellent wifi reliability. Close to Metro. 30 min. to the heart of Paris.
