I booked for a Standard 3 Bed Private Ensuite instead, they give me a room with 1 bed and a sofa, wich wasn't even ready when we arrived.

Thanks for your comments. We assigned you the room you exactily booked as it is described in our public profile which you do not seemed to have fully read. Our check-in time is 2pm so if you arrive earlier the room might not be fully ready to be occupaid. This is also mentioned in our public profile. All our triple rooms have double bed + sofa bed as our description stands very clearly. All our double rooms have double beds.
