We relied heavily on the reviews of this accommodation prior to booking. Overall the majority of the reviews are spot on, this apartment is a great place to stay for budget travellers in NYC. It is a little way from downtown Manhattan but is easily done in 20 mins on the subway. The area itself around the accommodation is very different from the touristy areas of Manhattn, it's a great experience as Harlem is buzzing and full of life. It's only a short 5 minute walk to the subway.
