The hostel isn't very clean. And you always have to check whether there is toilet paper at the toilet. I have stayed in many better hostels.
The hostel is nice, good location near to the Metro Station, but needs better directions to find it. One problem with reservation, they sent me an e-mail 3 weeks before asking me if I could change the hostel to another one (same owner) due to overbooking. I couldnt get a reply after 3 e-mails sent, but they managed to get a bed for me.
The only thing positive that I have to say about this hostel is the location. Although, the staff is really not prepared (there is no printed maps of the city, no clear help when asked about the ways to the airport, for example, total lack of commitment and some of them speak poor English). The wifi is HORRIBLE and when we arrive the beds were not clean. The breakfast is also poor (no options for lactose intolerants, for example). Few bathrooms and frequent line to use the shower that isn't good
I just returned from a stay at this place with a group of 3 friends and I have to say that it is the worst accommodation I have ever used in my lifetime. I have no idea when those pictures were taken but if I had to guess, I’d say it was just after a renovation or when the place originally opened. There is a mention of “24 hour security” but the doors are never locked. There is nothing to stop someone entering the building door, the hostel front door and then the bedrooms.
