The shower water would constantly change from warm to really hot water randomly while showering. It was a little irritating because the hot water would be extremely hot and scalding.

this hotel had no online reservation through hostelworld.com so dont use this website if you want to reserve in this hotel

be aware the airport shuttle ( small van) takes a while to pick you up at the airport, so long in fact I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel.

The hotel has a free 24h airport pick-up service, free internet and free express breakfast which I enjoyed... Subway station "Cumberland" (blue line) which takes one to downtown Chicago in 30 minutes is in walkable distance from the hotel!
