Chicca Rooms was a great hostel for the price! They offer a lot (wifi, breakfast, location, etc.) for such a small price, and ANTHONY WAS AMAZING! He did everything he could to help us out during our stay. Problems: The community shower was in terrible condition: mold everywhere. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned and re-caulked. Our bed covers and were very dirty. The locks for the individual rooms and bathroom are lovely and old but hard and troublesome for some to actually use.

- The staff was very kind and its engagement to help us was remarkable; - The room was also pretty large for a hostel; - The place was very close to the subway station Vittorio Emanuelle (which is not as helpful as may seem when it comes to Rome); - Best wifi service we got among all four hostels in which we stayed during our trip to Italy; - Still, we had to face a clogged drain in shower;

It's a fine hotel; worth of amount of money that we paid. We stayed in a private room, and everything was fine. The staff is nice and very supportive. The only thing that the hotel could have improved is that the customers should have been informed to check-in at another place in case there is no receptionist in the room.

The place didn't have a reception or a breakfast table. In the rooms the blankets weren't clean and they only had the bottom bed sheet. The room wasn't warm enough during the night.
