Lavatories really dirty, both showers with mould. Sink in the Ladies restroom was broken, also some of the furnitures in the bedroom. Staff who checked us in speaks really bad english and german, so no questions could be answered. Kind of hard to find, only a tiny doorbell panel, no sign outside. Room and kitchen were acceptable for the cheap prize, but the bathrooms are really horrible. More an appartment like a hostel.

There was one fridge. Two showers one that was blocked and the other that didn't work properly. The toilets were often out of paper and there wasn't even a sink in the women's. The family wandered in and out of your room for no reason and spoke loudly to each other across our beds. Not welcoming. Not a good location. Not friendly staff. We left a day early. But good wifi. So you decide?

Internet was amazing.

More of an apartment than hostel, but still felt very welcome and met some nice people. Very quiet and family environment but nice place to sleep and rest.

very good!

It is not a hostel. It's an appartment with big rooms with many beds inside. There are no lockers and sometimes you need to pass by a room to join your room. This accomodation could be cheaper !

good hostel. not great but good enough. only complaint is the kitchen (including fridge) and showers are closed from 11am-3pm. I asked if I could shower anyway right before 11am, staff said no. that was lame. otherwise, its a decent and cheap place to sleep, as far as vienna is concerned.

The location seems far off but it's not inconvenient if you use the practically free bike rental system in the city. This is the among cheapest hostels I saw listed in Vienna and it had a great atmosphere. The owners are very friendly and keen to give advice on the area as well. My stay was very comfortable, I had access to good wifi as well as laundry, kitchen appliances and clean bathrooms. Couldn't really ask for more!

Friendly staff, close to regional and subway trains. Subway to city central is around 1 euro.

It's a nice family hostel, it's not too far from the downtown. The staff is always for your service and very helpful. The rooms are well furnitured with ikea furnitures. They have free wifi, and a big common kitchen and two fridges, two bathrooms, separated toilets. It's in a very good price-value rate.

Really hazard to find, no signage. Great hostel for the budget traveller

We reserved 3 nights for 34 Euros each one. But then: 1)The reception guy told us that our reservation was ¨overbooked¨, so he told us to pay 45 each for a double room, we refused and then he told us to make a double for 38, we accepted, but it was a singleroom with and extra bed. Friends had also same problem!! 2)Cooking is allowed till 22:00, if after coking, a nonenglish speaker lady made problem to you. 3)If you were talking quietly at the living room at 23:00, people told you not to speak.
