The night we arrived the member of staff who were supposed to give us keys to the room said sb lost the key so we need to go to the room and knock untill sb opens the door. That was the only thing which upset me, the rest was fun.

Really good place to stay, when you are in Prague for a few days. You have Change close to Hostel, market and many more things. It is the cheapest place to stay:)

I definitely loved the location of the hostel and interior of the lounge, but the big minus is there's breakfast missing, though they offer it on their website. I am confused I have to say about it...

Unfortunately the lockers in my room didn't work, but downstairs in the common area are lockers as well, that acutally work. If you have backproblems don't go there, I think that was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. But for the price it was ok.

Please check again your website and correct it. You can be confused what is really for free and what's not and then you have to pay for what you thought you won't have.

Dirty, no toilet paper, unhelpful and unorganized staff. Good location.

This hostel is frankly filthy. The kitchen is under-equipped and is overloaded by the number of guests who want to use it, leading to long waits. The wifi is patchy at best which is extremely frustrating if you're relying on it to plan the next phase of your trip. There are too few toilets (broken) and their showers are doubled up for no apparent reason (never cleaned). Another guest left the hostel because of a violent guest they wouldn't evict. Just don't stay here.

Additional fees for paying with a credit card (4% extra), additional fees for keeping luggage for more than a couple of hours, additional tax for each night not mentioned on website. Rooms' quality v. good, clean and cosy, great location.

In terms of the rooms, they were clean and good enough quality, but this hostel really didn't strike us as a great hostel. The staff really didn't want to help and our rooms were checked as we were leaving to see if they could fine us for anything wrong in the room. Probably a good hostel, just a bad experience with some of the staff

POSITIVES: Perfectly reasonable hostel in a good location. Staff very helpful. Additional services such as laundry very reasonable. NEGATIVES: Bathrooms quite dirty and not enough of them. Was woken up in the middle of the night by some randomer insisting that I was sleeping in his bed; I wasn't, he just hadn't gone up enough floors... don't think he actually ever found his own room as we found him sleeping in our room without any sheets on one of the spare beds in the morning!

The most annoying thing about this hostel is that in the kitchen the have absolutely no cultery and no dishes or cups. I understand people would steal them but at least replace them. The kitchen is useless without these items. Anyone can walk into the hostel but you do need keys for the rooms and there are plently of lockers. So it is satisfactory at best. Also the shower constantly flooded and water was everywhere.
