The service was mediocre and it was really cold and dirty. On the other hand it was cheap also.

It was cheap, and well located, but was it. It was awful, awful stairways, bathrooms, dust everywhere. I would never go there again

Dirty and cold but cheap rooms. Careless staff, anyway above the average for Prague. Sure they have WIFI, but only works at the stairs, not even downstairs. Fair enough for backpackers, but NOT at all for families as they said in the description. The good point is the location, close to very good, not pricey restaurants and a Gehry building :)

Great hostel for fair price. The staffs are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. Free wifi, several free computers, and we had a waiter boiler in the room (which was very handy) at least that available for twin room. Location is about 10 min walk to the center. We came by car, and there was no free parking (since the hostel is in the blue zone), but in the weekend there are a free parking places across the bridge (5 - 7 min walk from the hostel - I quite enjoy walking there).

The cleanliness of the place is poor, especially the bathrooms. Employees doesn't matter to solve any problem. The data reported in the hostelworld site aren't updated. The subway station indicated on the hostelworld site is off which causes much trouble to get to the hostel. The security of the site is awful, the rooms are always open.

I have been traveling for quite a while and I have never stayed at a worse hostel. No elevator. Hiked 116 steps every time I went to my room. Staff were completely rude. Not helpful at all. Don't let you check in until exactly 2pm and so there is a massive line to check in, took 3-4 hours for it to die down. Mattresses were horribly uncomfortable. Put mine on the ground and slept there. Wifi was splotchy, SOMETIMES I would get it in the lobby, thats it. Nothing special bout this place.

It's a good hostel but it's true that in the price not included some "government fees" . The rest it's very nice ! =)

Having stayed at quite a few hostels, this is the worst I've ever been to. The facilities were absolutely horrible. Every small vibration from downstairs causes the beds and doors to creak, the bathrooms were disgusting, sheets weren't provided, and BEDBUGS. I had about zero hours of sleep here, and had to catch a train to Berlin the next day
