The bed mattress was a catastrophe! You lay in there like a monkey, really desaster.

A very basic hostel. The cleanliness has to be improved, the bed was very dirty when I checked in, the bed linen wasn't cleaned up properly and the condition was horrible. The staircase is dark and dirty.

it's good to be near the city center. but the wifi is only in the lobby, so please notice that if you want to go there.

The room on the basement was really cold! It is not enough to have just one bathroom to 10 peole

The hostel is close to the sightseeing spots and the staffs are nice. The building of the hostel is old and you can feel the floor is shaking when other people walk. The facilities are ok, but the bathroom and toilet smelt funny. maybe because of the new year, the price of the hostel was crazy!

It's really an old building but location is good n staffs are nice.

No towels in some toilets, as well as soap. No working lockers. Messages about keeping everything clean are shown everywhere, but there was a total hell in my room during almost all the days i was there. The same is for the kitchen, and the stuff don't care about it. They may wonder how to keep it all clean most of time, but the stuff in all 14 previous hostels i've stayed it did it well. I guess the problem is not with the stuff, but the management in general. No more again!

It's about 15min walking to Charles Bridge. Another 7 min to the old town square. Located near several pubs/restaurants. Staff were fairly helpful, depending on which staff.. Beds were SUPER thin and bunks were terribly squeaky and shaky. I was afraid if I coughed or rolled over, the whole thing would wobble and tip over. There is literally no soap in entire hostel! Not even kitchen for washing dishes...yum! Atmosphere was good. Wifi was good when you could get on it (not always possible)

I couldn't sleep at all, I still have skin rashes all over my body. I get it, it's a hostel, I cannot expect hospital cleaness but, seriously, that was too much. The room and everything stank. I had stayed over there once before, it was not that bad, but this time it was awful, an awful cold christmas night at Chili.

we stay at a inner room . a little cold. other is perfect .

You pay for what you get, Internet was pretty bad, sleepable above all, cool atmosphere in the common room

the hostel is average (the only minus is that there is only 1 bathroom for 5 rooms, but as i was usually waking up really early i personally didnt have a problem with it). wifi was good. location is awesome! all prague's highlight sights are walking distance from the hostel. staff were really helpful and kind. and the price is really low. so if you're on a low budget trip and you plan to spend you time in prague exploring the city instead of sitting in a hostel, go for chili! :)

atmosphere is everything in a hostel... This was a great hostel but with the crappy atmosphere i would never stay again no matter how low the price!

If you are looking for a spectacular experience it is all right here. I highly recommend sleeping here, the atmosphere is top notch and the staff know all to well how to treat a guest.

Nice location (5 min from tram stop, 15 min from charles bridge, markets by the corner) away from crowds. But furniture and rooms need renovation and we had only 1 sink and 1 bathtube shared among 4 dorms, quite dirty. At the 4th floor, internet was very slow.

You won't get any sleep in this hostel, very sqeaky and uncomfortable bunk beds. Terrible kitchen and only wifi on ground floor. But hey it's cheap

Chili's bed making a lot of sound, specially second floor

the common rooms are little bit dark

Poor service, unpleasant

There is no wifi in the rooms and, besides, we arrived at 8pm and we could not enter into the room until 9.15pm. We were waiting for the keys as they told us that they were changing the sheets. What is more, the guy in the reception was rude to us.
