This is one of the best hostels I stayed with in brisbane. The hostel had alot of character and unique qualities that chain hostels dont. The staff were always very friendly and great fun around the hostel getting everyone involved with tours and nights out. I will definitley stay here again when im back in brisbane, Its so clean and the location is perfect between south bank and the city. I will never forget my time in this hostel and would recommend this to all backpackers.

its my first time stayaing somewhere as a backpackers...i thought it will ruin my day but actually chill backpackers its great...i enjoying stayed there...with the view,friendly staff n very convience....

great hostel to stay in - not a big party atmosphere but you can BYO and City (Chill's sister hostel) has lots going on that Chill guests can attend. Very clean with most areas cleaned at least twice a day, staff are great and really helpful. I'd highly recommend it, just be sure to grab a blanket at check in to be cosy in bed :)

I am a more "mature" traveller one might say.....and had a few concerns about staying in a hostel again after a few years out of the scene. Chilled was awesome....security was great, facilities were cleaned regularly and the staff were really helpful and informative. Noise levels were fairly good too apart from the odd burst of song from time to time......but you have to expect that :) Great work guys, keep it up!!!

Really clean City Hostel but no character, was glad i was only staying for one night. Good location

Very clean and super friendly staff. Only down fall was the tiny room, otherwise I would stay there again.

The hostel itself was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful I really could'nt fault them. The only bad thing i have to say about the Chill Backpackers is the guests staying there, in my room the lady was so rude, after staying in many hostels maybe this lady could have been a 'long-termer' but she was so rude and unwelcoming! However Chill backpackers is a great place to stay that I would and have since recommended.

This hostel made my trip in australia i met such a great group of people there. everyone was so welcomeing and friendly. specialy the staff what ever problems there were they tried there best to help. The cleaners looked like they always worked very hard and the hostel showed for it.the location was great too. therefore id recommend anyone to go there otherwise you would be missing out.

me and girlfriend stay here, the location was very good and the rooms were just what we wanted, although the materess were uncomfortable, we would come back if ever in brisbane again,

I only stayed in the hostel for 1 night but it was in a good location close to the Transit Centre and also the city. It was clean and the staff were helpful. I would recommend this hostel to others.

I love the roof top - usually in a long trip, you just don't feel like cooking at hostel. But with the roof top, you can see the sky and the stars, as well as part of the city night view, it is nice to cook and dine there. The hostel is overall, clean. Only that they do not have an official introduction of local tour and sight seeing, but I think it is acceptable as a hostel

This hostel loses marks for not providing hand towels/paper towels in the bathroom; for not having towels available for hire; for not having free wifi and for not having cutlery available for use.

I only stayed there briefy but the staff were very helpful throughout and is well located for arrivals/departures on trains and buses.
