I liked this hostel. However, I felt that it was not as safe as it could be. Anyone could come onto the grounds. Also, there were no locks on the bedroom doors.

Beautiful relaxing fun place to stay. Everything was great - especially the didgeridoo playing guy that runs the hostel. It was very clean and comfortable.

It was a very nice little hostel... well situated in the middle of town. People say the front looks a little dilapidated but I thought it was fine. The inside was warm and cozy with two common rooms, free breakfast and clean bathrooms including a funky 2 person shower. The manager was very nice and made us feel welcome immediately. While we only stayed one night... I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone thinking about visiting Phillip Island.

We felt like home 16000 ks far from our real home. The staff was very friendly and our room as well as the common spaces tidy and clean. Wonderful music and awesome atmosphere.

Its a grovey welcoming place where the common area has a fire pit and its very open. Good place to sleep or party for the night.

Room was fine, clean and enough space. Bathroom was nice. Kitchen facilities were poor. Felt less like a hostel & more like the owner had all his mates over to stay which led to us feeling very uncomfortable. They weren't even expecting us when we turned up. Very disorganized. Cannot believe this place featured in Lonely Planet. If you're not into loud music & smoking pot you probably won't fit in. A very bizzare set up. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Didn't not spend a lot of time here, mostly just a place to sleep as we were out late and up early but served our needs.

This seems to be a home turned stay. You can help yourself to coffee, tea, bread and such. Over all it lives up to its name, a place to just chill out nothing more nothing less. A basic, cozy and casual set up.
