Chilli Hostel Santiago is located near Salvador metro station, connecting quickly to the rest of central Santiago. It's also within walking distance of most of the city's sights. We really like that they offer free dinner every night, plus an excellent, budget-friendly BBQ on Fridays with an open bar, all-you-can-eat salad, pasta and rice and free club entry after. The very friendly staff serve a frequently-praised free breakfast as well as a 'really tasty and good-value-for-money lunch menu', according to guests, who also say the staff are 'very helpful with local information and transport (especially if you have to get to the airport'.

Best value for your money! Everyday free dinner, (with the exception of Friday, which is our big BBQ night! And afterwards, we go out to one of Santiagos hot night clubs with free entrance for Chilli Hostel guests!!). Our activities provide the perfect situation to meet others travelers and our youthful staff give you the most friendly and relaxed environment.

We are located one block away from the subway (Metro) station Salvador, which is in Providencia, a really friendly, safe part of town. We are also conveniently situated between two of the best neighborhoods for experiencing Santiagos energetic nightlife scene. The best of Santiagos restaurants, bars and clubs are all within walking distance and also supermarket and exchange offices.
Dont worry about spending too much money on taxis because even at night you can walk around without being afraid.
We are happy to help you with anything that you may need, including information about Santiagos sights and activities, and making transportation from the airport, also travel and tour arrangements.

I think what makes us special is that we not only provide the best value for money to our guests, we also have the ideal environment for getting to know other travellers. We're the only hostel in Santiago that offers both free dinner and free breakfast. I feel that our dinners create the space so that the guests in the hostel get to know each other and save time and money. We offer a special dinner for vegetarians and the lunch menu in our café always has at least one vegetarian option. Also, we offer activities like going out twice a week to a club with free entry for our guests and salsa classes every Wednesday. We've got a very personalised service in a youthful environment because of being a small hostel.

We're less than 15 minutes' walk from so many places, like Pablo Neruda's house and the Bellavista neighbourhood. What I really recommend seeing, though, is Cerro San Cristóbal because it's from this hill that you can observe the entire city and the Andes Mountains that surround it. The view from this hill is particularly beautiful when the mountains are snow-covered.

Unfortunetely i've only stayed for 4 nights but it was enough for me to leave sad to the airport. the staff is super friendly and helpfull and the atmosphere is just great! The subway is close by but you can also walk your way to the city center and most of the turistic spots. they also serve free dinner which is a great way to bring everybody closer! I'd definetely stay there again!

free diner! that is nice, since it saves you some money, but you´re also able to interact with other guests. Nice breakfast, good beds, bathroom on the second floor is great, much better than the one ensuite. decent wifi, great staff. location little out of the centre, but very close to subway station.
