Pretty basic, 4-bed dorm quite cramped but lockers provided (with your own lock of course). Can be noisy at night due to the layout and proximity of the bars opposite, but that's going to be true of any of the hostels this central. We were there for 3 days. Very friendly staff, gave us a lot of information and helped us rent a car. Be friendly to them and they are friendly to you. You can check in/out any time! They don't provide any towels, soaps or shampoos so take your own with! But they provide a luggage room even after checkout witch is very usefull. Checkout is too soon, at 10 am. Overall, the hostel was not bad. The rooms were of a reasonable size and the facilities were in satisfactory condition. Main bad points were that some of the staff were a bit rude at times and didn't seem to grasp the concept of being polite. Also, I didn't understand why we had to pay deposits just to use cutlery or exchange your room key to use pots and pans. A bit over-the-top I feel. Breakfast was poor too: only toast is available, need something more substantial than that!Overall, the hostel was not bad. The staff at Chilli's were the unfriendliest I have ever come accross. In addition to that the dorms are quite small with low ceilings.
