Given the price the place was excellent, despite the fact that rooms were slightly smelly. Location is highly ideal just 100 m from main israklal street. Staff was cooperative. Only bad thing happened was that three rooms reported stolen cash on last night I was leaving the place which really tarnished the image of the inn. Remaining excellent place for stags

Chilloit hostel is probably on the best side of istanbul, less touristy but yet vibrant atmosphere. You have to count half an hour walk at least to the major attractions but you can also take the tram. You are one block away from the pedestrian street and kebabs around the hostel are really cheap for your late cravings ;) just don't expect the staff to help you with any sort of itinerary or bus schedual. They barely speak english

Besides the water shutting down twice for a few hours, no complaints. Great hostel, great people, walkable to most attractions and clubs.

The hostel is in a very good location for those who like bars and nightlife! The downside being that it is a bit noisy but really convenient. The cool and colorful decoration inside also makes you feel quite comfy!
