Great location! Skip the old-istanbul areas and definitely stay here - its right next to all the night life, and the 'real turkey'. The hostel itself is good with all the expected basic stuff - internet access, hot showers and a bed to sleep. It really isn't as loud as other comments say - I had a good night's sleep.Great location! AWESOME location!!! If you want to party stay here! Apart from the location, the rest is pretty average but you spend most of the time around the city anyway!AWESOME location!!! Was seeing Istanbul wıth my partner so we booked a private double. The place looked to be a lot of fun for the dorms though! wıth a quırky decor and a relaxed atmosphere, I would say ıt ıs defınately worth a stay ıf you are travellıng on your own or wıth frıends. If you want somethıng dıfferent for a change. Pıcture a hostel decorated lıke a hıppy van, and you mıght have an ıdea of what to expect. The room that I stayed in near the common area. It is noisy at night eventhough they put up the sign to be quiet after 23:45, the crowd goes on until 2am. Very over crowed rooms – nothing but mattresses next to one another. Dirty shower rooms and nothing but a toilet with a shower head on the adjacent wall; generally scruffy décor but clean bedding and towels. Staff couldn’t be bothered to find a key to any of the 10+ lockers when asked. Don’t let any of this put you off Istanbul. It is a really great place to visit. Everyone is very friendly and loads to see but avoid this Hostel. Very over crowed rooms – nothing but mattresses next to one another.
