Great location right next to Istikal st. All rooms had lockers and the beds were comfy and big. Internet didnt work so well on the top floor but if you had a laptop you could generally get 1 bar. Common area was a bit small but did the job for pre going out drinks. Enjoyed my time there overall - Thanks guys :)

A little scruffy, but still in good shape given it was just summer. Big dorm rooms with solid wooden bunks. Five bathrooms shared between many beds; one shower wasn't working, one toilet was clogged with toilet paper. Exterior noise, but I didn't have trouble sleeping in the comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Decent wifi with variable throughput. Tons of food and drink options around.

I met great people at the hostel (other guests) but the place was too dirty. There was rats in the kitchen and no cleaning staff at all. When we checked in the room was still dirty from previous guests, they even left their shampoo in the bathroom and the floor was wet

This place was disgusting, toilets were dirty, kitchen was a mess, I woke up with bites all over me and was put in a dorm right next to the kitchen where everyone drinks, so couldn't get any sleep. Good location and staff were sometimes helpful.

Overall this place was alright, nothing to rave about. Good location, but also very noisy. There is no air conditioning, so it was extremely hot and with the windows open you could hear everything from the streets below. The staff are really helpful and there is alot of people staying there, so good way to meet other people. I thought the place was quite dirty and didn't like the closeness of the mattresses . . . especially when everyone is only wearing undies because of the heat lol.

Out of many hostels and hotels I've stayed in, this is the one I would definitely not recommend. The size of the room (we had double room without bathroom), which fits only the bed was not as much of a problem, as the ants in this bed! We stayed three nights and tried to report the problem to the staff - but nobody was ever available at the reception desk during the two days and we did not like to waste time in beautifull Istanbul waiting for anybody to come. The bathrooms are also a disaster!
