We had a great time in Kiev thanks to the chillout staff! Thanks for all the help again Joanna and Lonya, we will recommend your hostel to everyone!

The hostel was indeed very "chill," and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were clean, but it was kind of annoying that there was only one bathroom. It's very close to downtown and is walking distance to most of the major city sites.

A nice, informal and intimate spot in semi-central location. No frills, but basic services (hot water, internet connection, etc.) work. No (fixed) air conditionning system (probably an issue in summer)

One of the best hostels I've ever been to! If I could give more than 100% I would do it without hesitating! The hostel is small, very clean and the staff is really helpful. It is only fifteen minutes walking away from the city center.

Nice and small hostel. In a backyard so no noise from any street. Unfortunatly there is no breakfast like it was written on the homepage.

Great location, clean, comfy and very cosy. Staff will get out of their way just to make sure your trip to Kiev is AMAZING! Every city should have a chillout! top notch definitely recommended!

Joanna was awesome! She gave me a map, helped me buy a cell phone, a train ticket, and showed me a couple places on Kreshatic Street. THANKS!

It's more like a relaxed, laid back house than a hostel, with a really nice owner and usually pretty cool travelers hanging around. Lockers are small and there's only one shower and toilet for 12 people (if there are 12 people staying), but I haven't had a problem with that yet myself.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful when it comes to showing you around town or pointing out cool places to see on a map. The hostel was always clean and had a very homey feeling to it, not at all like your average hostel. Highly recommend.

While the hostel was not well-marked and hard to find, the staff, especially the caretaker/cleaner, was so helpful. He had a sauna booked for me within an hour and even offered to escort me there and back in the evening so that I would be safe. As a woman travelling alone, and for someone with limited time in Kiev, I really appreciated the help.
