Avoid! - Staff bizarrely insist on placing speaker playing music right on the door of the 6 bedded dorm which is next door to the common room. DONT book the 6 bedded rom as the noise is horrendous in the early hours of the morning with staff throwing drinking parties for themselves and Polish guests!. We had to move to the 6 bedded dorm to the 8 bedded dorm as the noise from the staff partying was so bed. At 2am we heard a female chatting really loud - it turned out to be the staff member!
Friendly staff, Good location and nice rooms for a decent cost.
Chillouthostel was great, I'd come back :)
We were really satisfied with the hostel, especially because the staff were so incredibly helpful with everything. The owner is really nice, welcomes every guests as friends. Common room is a great place to chill after a long day of sightseeing, and the kitchen is really well-equipped!
True backpackers hostel with backpackers in mind. Friendly staff, friendly guests at the time I stayed. Nice big lounge to socialize, eat breakfast, or drink and congregate at night. The beds were cozy, the rooms were quiet and the strong wifi connection was a treat, along with the unlimited free tea and coffee in the kitchen. Not enough private bathrooms, but nice enough. I like that we could take showers even after we had checked out.
The hostel is well placed, the 24/7 service is great, breakfast good and cheap , the people really nice and they help with tourist information, after check out you can leave your luggage in the hostel. the only thing the beds sound too much.
All the receptionists in this hostel are kind to their guests. Comparing with the other hostels where I have been to Poland, this hostel is much better. ;-))) Personally I do recommend you to stay here.
Close to the train station. you have to ring a buzzer to let you into the gate and go up several flights of stairs to reception. I received a really warm and friendly welcome from the girl on reception. The hostel was a block of flats. The flat I had, had two large bedrooms which were converted into dorms. The room was modern, I had my own locker, which was good. I think the bathrooms need improving because they were small, no where to put stuff, the sensor lights went off when showering.
The staff were great here! The rooms and even the showers were good, kitchen yes, common room. I just REALLY disliked almost every guest staying there, especially in my room. They were all just so rude and inconsiderate!!! And normally I am not picky at all with who I share a room with. I can sleep through everything and can ignore people easily. Maybe I just came at a wrong time, but I just didn't enjoy staying there and I really would not want to stay there again.
Clean, nice, friendly and helpful staff, even helped us to make our online check-in for our flight and printed it. Thank you! Well organized, close to the Warsaw Central Rail station and you can reach the city center, which is beautiful, in 30 minute. More if you go to Stare Miasto. Walls are thin and you can hear the others. There was a group coming at 3.30 am and heard them. Same in the next night. We had a Double Bed Private Ensuite, but the toilet wasn't in the room and had a key for it.
The staff at this hostel were really helpful. The facilities were clean and although it looked like they were undergoing some renovations it did not impact upon my stay at the hostel.
I found the hostel to be friendly and very professional. The atmosphere was good and a party was easy to get started in the hostel. Location is good once you use the bus, tram and metro systems which are very effective. Breakfast is provided and kitchen facilities. Overall I am very pleased with my stay at the hostel.
Beware the partying weekend along street if you are looking for some good sleep
Good value for money. Great location. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. It is a shame they charge 10ZL for breakfast.
cant beat this hostel for value. clean and comfortable bed, clean bathrooms and decent common area respective to the size of the hostel. location is great near central station. staff are awesome and really friendly. highly recommend.
Nice hostel, good facilities, staff were really nice, but no atmosphere. There is a bar on the bottom floor of the building but no one from the hostel was there. The hostel doesn't organize any activities. The common room was almost always empty, even though they said the hostel was fully booked. I guess people just use the hostel as a place to crash. Location is pretty good but maybe a 15-20 walk to the old town sights.
The people working at the hostel are very nice, although they didn't always have answers for my questions. For the hot days it would maybe be nice to install some fans in the rooms as well, but this is just a suggestion. Over all, I had a very pleasant stay here, and everything is within walking distance!
The staff are really friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and the wifi is great too. The hostel is near the centre of Warsaw, the train station and the student area with many bars and restaurants.
very good hostel, quiet and small, comfortable and staff was really kind and helpful. It is everything what a hostel its supossed to be. Nice kitchen, many sockets, good beds. Dont look anymore and book it
