Very friendly and helpful staff, good light room with a balcony where one can dry clothes... The only thing I didn't like, was that they put a folding bed for the fifth person. Fortunately, it was only for one night.

A good value for money! The rooms are medium-sized and very clean and so are the bathrooms. It is easy to fit even two backpacks in a single locker. Friendly and helpful staff offers assistance and gives city maps. The hostel is situated in the very centre of Warsaw but soundproof windows let you sleep in silence. Plus a lot of funny posters hanging everywhere!

Hostel was ok, but in good location near the good bars and restaurants of Warsaw. Bit of a walk to old town.

A very nice hostel close to the main railway station. Different from usual hostels, as the rooms are in different floors and flats. Cheap, friendly staff. Quite new and clean guest kitchen. The only thing I can complain about was the temperature in the flat. In the room itself it was rather warm, but the toilet, shower rooms and the corridor were really cold. This is most likely not a problem in the summer of course. Otherwise everything was great, and would definitely stay again.

Chill-Out is a really nice clean hostel, and the staff was very kind and helpful. It is a little noisy in the morning. And the first night some kids were having a party in the common room, so I couldn't sleep. I complained at the reception and it seemed that the receptionist couldn't handle them. She did give me earplugs, so that I could at least sleep. I didn't have any problems the following nights with sleeping.

Staff was very good. Had a bad experience when the cleaning lady threw away all the stuff we had left in our private bathroom. Luckily, the hostel staff replaced it but still it was annoying and uncomprehensible. Also, we had payed for a double ensuite room and the bathroom was outside in the corridor (although it was only for us), which we found rather disappointing. Walls are quite thin too and it's a bit noisy. Apart from that it was all cool and we had breakfast included, which was nice.

Only a short walk from the train station and in a quiet area. Rooms were warm and clean. Would definitely stay here again if in Warsaw.

The Hostel is nice because is in an old building, the place is easy to find and quite close to the old center. The breakfast is poor, 2 euro for it is too much, I had the same for free in another hostel in Poland, they could improve it. I had 2 nights there and I am satisfied, the rooms are comfortable, the hostel is clean and silent. If you are looking for a place to stay in calm, it is a good one.
