Good location

Sehr enttaeuschend! Unfreundlich, unpersoenlich, ungepfleg einfach nur lieblos!

Let me start by saying that I've never been one to ever write a negative comment for anything. That was until I stayed here. Never in my life have I been so disappointed. To the point where I checked out 4 days early because I couldn't handle the place. The "staff" all pretend not to know English when you ask a question and then you hear them speaking it fluently among themselves. It's dirty, the water didn't work, unsafe, and there's constant noise/flickering lights. Never again. DONT BOOK

nice stuffs with bad rooms!

First of all we booked that was unavaible when we arrived there. We had to pay an extra 5$ to be "upgraded" to a private room with private shower. The shower wasn't working. We contacted the manager who wasn't flexible at all. Also, we know it, in Toronto, taxes aren't included, except that when you book this hostel it is suppose to be "tax included". Lie!! Except the location, my second in that hostel wasn't nice and I find that the direction wasn't honnest and into customer's satisfaction.

Worst staying ever! I was welcomed by a "No room available today"! I booked a room and there's no room left? I'm headed to another place run by people barely speaking english. I had to dial three numbers before getting someone there. The room was dirty, the shower box was dangerous to use (oh and no towels included). I had to beg for toilet paper... Oh and I was demanded to pay more than what specified on the website. Not coming there ever again!
