The room was really cold since the central heat didn't work in that area of the house. At least the guy who received us lent us a heater. Besides, everyone knows the password to open the main door even people who are not staying there. Finally, I think there was a problem with the hot water because in a couple of times I had to take my shower with cold water, I was freezing out. The location is good. They should take advantage from that and try to have the house in better conditions.

Dirty small room with no window.

This place is extremely over priced for what it offers. The single rooms are extremely small (about 8ft X 8ft), and the kitchen facilities are NIL! The refrigerator froze all my food, and there are NO utensils or anything to cook food… apparently a lot of the people who stay there tend to steal the utensils so the owner no longer provides it for people who are actually there to use it as a guesthouse/hostel. Rooms in the basement are really cold, and the internet is terrible down there.
