The biggest problem is there is no staff in the hostel n u have to go to the new world hostel for checkin. I have lost my luggage n I have to sit at the staircase to wait for the guy for delivery as there is no waiting area or lobby for this hostel. But it is impressing that there is even a notebook at the coffee table for use.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Chmielna and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants an affordable place to stay in the heart of Warsaw. And I really mean "anyone", not only youth; we were a family and everyone loved the place.

The hostel was nice, clean in general and the location is really good. The room was too small though the and the bed was not comfortable at all.
