Except the toilet, i felt every thing was fine.....the toilet was a bit cramped........location wise it was very good since most of the tourist spots were very near by and within walk able distance..........

O hotel é incrível mais para chegar nele por transporte publico é um pouco complicado, quem viaja com muita mala tem que ficar atento. Mais tirando isso é incrivel e o pessoal que trabalha lá sao muito gente boa. Amei

Nice small hostel, good location at the metro station, small kitchen, rooms are cleaned daily, in short: good accomodations for backpackers and students

Great location, near the train station, a supermarket, a metro stop, and the coliseum! Nice staff, very helpful. The bedrooms are ok. Actually, nothing to complain about, it´s a really good hostel.

It was very good except that smells bad in the room. But maybe it's old buildings problem.

Very informative & helpful staff! We just needed a bed to sleep for the night and we were able to get a private room for the three of us at the Secret Garden location. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was okay, blow dryer was terrible. Again, for a hostel, the beds & the people are top notch! I'd stay here again and would recommend to others.

Very friendly and helpful staff; they were welcoming and had lots of fun tips for visiting Rome. I enjoyed the colorful rooms and the open atmosphere (free pasta was also a delicious bonus). The only downside: the mattresses were slightly uncomfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

due the rates I thought the hostel would be better. It was ok and the staff is really good. But the bathroom was really small and not so clean. the sink was kinda clogged. There is no good space as common. In other aspects it is good, as location.

This hostel was great! Found it at the last minute. We arrived at 12 or 1 am, but this was not a problem for the reception staff. We were in a separate location, but it still had a kitchen (albeit this was an outdoor kitchen - think of bbq facilties and plastic screening) but we were told we could cook in the main hostel as well. Free breakfast. Great reception staff - loved having a chat with them!

Ciak is close to metro station and has a good breakfast. However, the bed was weak and could be broken easily. The bathroom also was not good flooding the room when many people used.

wifi didn't work too well in the rooms so we would have to stand in front of the door. Hot water 24/7. the room we stayed in seemed like a hotel room :) there were individual lockers but no lock. bring your own! The terrace in the roof was really cold and the heater doesn't really do anything. Breakfast is very basic and if you go late, there's not much left. Tip: Fassi, one of the most famous gelaterias in Rome, is only 3 minutes by walk!
