Very nice place, ideally situated between two metro stations and close to the beautiful San Lorenzo area. I had a great time hanging out with other people in the kitchen, and am still impressed by the cleanliness and warmth of this place. I'll definitely come back there.

Character: cute, but small. Good basic budget hostel but not a large common area. Security: always someone at the door, need to buzz in. Location: easy walk to the metro or bus. I didn't like that the Secret Garden was a couple blocks away because every time I had to ask a question, I had to walk over to the other building. Staff: super friendly and helpful. Fun: free pasta night was a good chance to meet others, but that was it. Misc: internet was spotty, rooms were cold.

The staff was friendly and helpful! I stayed at the main building and the separate Secret Garden building. Both were nice, but the Secret Garden has a really cool rooftop patio and the showers were much cleaner. Free breakfast is decent (toast, jam, coffee, cereal, and danishes).

Good staff, great location, but the bathroom was atrocious. Mold everywhere and the stench of the mold was so strong it was hard to use the bathroom. Sleeping area was fine unless you were the first one back in the room and the bathroom door was left open because the smell of the mold engulfed the entire room. Short walk from the Colosseum so that is never a bad thing though.

There's a Metro stop right down the street which is really convenient! It was clean, and fun. The staff was really polite and helpful. On Fridays and Saturdays you get a free dinner, and free breakfast every day. Free WiFi as well.

The location was tricky to find considering that the sign of the hotel is sooo small and it is located in a somewhat isolated area. Aside from that, the hostel was great, it was small but good because I felt safe and not too much going on. It was great that they had breakfast, it was simple but I really liked it. The pasta on friday and saturday was also great. I enjoyed my stay in this hostel.

bathrooms smell awful and had no locks! "free breakfast" is more like a free bread roll......... Staff was very helpful, though!

This is one of the best Hostels I have ever been. The location is very close to the Metro station and 10 minutes walking from The central train Station . The stuff are so helpful and friendly. Free Wi-Fi , Breakfast included , they clean the room each morning . It is so easy to have nice conversations with the other travelers . Definitely , I recommend this hostel to any traveler want to spend some days in room in a safe , reachable hostel .

The staff is very cool and they are always ready to help us with the touristics informations. They are fun and with the free dinners and "ice cream after dinner" they try that everybody knows each others. The hostel is very near the touristic points. Its easy to go by feet, but if you want to use the subway, its right down the street. It's very clean and has a lot of lockers. its the best hostel that I ever stayed. I recomend it :)

Ciak Hostel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and most of them very fluent in English which was an added bonus. The free pasta dinners on Fridays and Saturdays is an awesome idea; it is a great opportunity to eat some delicious homemade Italian food and a chance to meet a bunch of really interesting people and talk to them about their travels.

The hostel is an exemple of cleanness! Very good bed and ensuite toilets with showers. The only bad thing is that is a little bit noisy. My room was exactly in front of the reception desk, so at night was almost impossible to sleep. The kitchen is small, so if u wanna have ur breakfest quietly, wake up early (:

We love staying at the secret garden. The room was neat and tidy, and we even got literally a secret garden to ourselves. Love the environment, and the location is closeby to termini station and halal restaurants. Atikah, Malaysia.
