The staff is amazing! Bigone and the guy from Poland (can't remember his name) were so nice and helpful. One of my best hostel experiences. I would definitely recommend this hostel. Great hostel for its location... Nothing against the hostel but people should not have mobile phones on in the rooms of the night time and especially not talk on them in bed at 0645 in the morning...Great hostel for its location... The hostel is a really nice one. Very clean, and you can take a nice walk, not to far, to the Colosseum. The Best thing is the staff there, they are really nice and helpful. The price is also reasonable, I think.

My first trip to Europe and Rome has been a wonderful experience-thanks to the friendly staff and people at Ciak. The only complaints I have are the shower door (which was broken) and the breakfast which was not substantial enough. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay at the Ciak and would def. go back again next time I go to Rome! It was a little tricky to find.. when arriving in the evening and tired next to one of the metros is a snack bar so would assume it would be above there but it wasnt.Its a little up the hill. Yet, it is still rather close to the metro so easy enough to get around. It was a nice place to stay and everyone else staying there and the staff were really friendly.
