Good place to have a couple quick nights in staff was good until they disappear and you cant get your key deposit back and they changed for linen without even telling us which surprised me. They Also didnt have any maps for us to take and if they did i would have been charged for it, Little things like that can alter your experiences but all in all good

I enjoyed my stay at Ciao Bello during my trip to Milan. The hostel is located in a quiet and beautiful residential neighborhood with several restaurants, a food market, and cafes nearby. The rooms and facilities were very clean and the staff was very professional. If you are looking for a nice and affordable lodging while visiting Milan, Ciao Bello is definitely a place to consider. A good place to stay in Milano: close to the center areas and clean rooms. Moreover, you could be lucky and benefit from a room with a balcony!

A little expensive for where it is, but there is breakfast and wi-fi included.

The reception girls were very friendly and helpful. The mattresses are worn out and the bunk beds not stable, therefore uncomfortable to sleep in. The common areas are nice, there is a kitchen available, a computer, free wireless everywhere. Bring your map as there is a EUR 2.50 charge for one.

It was really hard to find because there was no sign! Breakfast was decent although it starts late (9am). The staff are friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have locks on the bedroom doors not just the front door.

Great to have a kitchen and breakfast included. Very close to tram and metro and not so far from the city centre. Bedroom with balcony and clean bathroom. No complaints. I'll be back.

Free access to internet and wifi, free breakfast and excellent staffs. Problems: 1 the location is not so good. 2. only ONE bathroom is shared by more than 10 people and it is difficult in the morning. 3. I booked a 4-people room but ended up in a 5 people room but still pay the same price. That is a little disappointing.

I understand that it is a small hostel and dont even mind the one toilet....but it needs to be the best bathroom it can be - rather than being dirty and having to hold the shower head so you can shower. Apart from that good location - not a fun, party hostel.

When boked the room it was told I was paying for a 6 beds room but each day you come out and back you could see a new bed on it!! I think directly they'd say the full number of beds at the room.

Great hostel, great staff. Too bad it is just a little far from the central station(but still easy to reach by subway). There was a good atmosphere and place to chill out with other travelers.

First of all, I would recommend all of you to read the description to the end because you will have "to pay for the bed linen" which is ridiculous for a hostel! Secondly, the staff members did not speak a word of italian, were not very obliging and I had the feeling they were trying to get as much deposit money off me as possible, which was rather unpleasant. Thirdly, there was only one public toilette which was constantly occupied and the mattresses were of very poor quality. Not a good stay!

even though it is not in the city centre, ciao bella was the best hotel i stayed in at Italy.the atmosphere is really nice, and it is within walking distance of the main touristic attractions, and close to the metro if you dont feel like waling. rooms are nice and clean, the kitchen is very good, and the disposition of kitchen-common area-computers made it really easy to get to know people and have a good time. you have free pc with internet, wich was great! Downside? No maps...

The location of this hostel isn't the best, but otherwise, I loved it. Really friendly staff, very clean, comfortable and cozy.

Location is well enough, it is quiet easy to get around Milan on the subway or just a 15-20 minute walk to the main street. Staff were quite poor, they did what they were meant to do but really just kept to themselves without really showing much personality to the customers. Value wise it is hard to recommend as you NEED to buy your own sheets as well (on top of the price), thankfully I had my own sleeping bag, but others got caught. I met some nice people there and in general a good vibe.
