I stayed for the third time at Ciao Hostel. This time there was quite a lot of traffic during night, but maybe this was due to a lot of road constructions nearby. The only thing I did not like was the room air freshener on the corridore. It smelled awful.

it looks like a hotel! really nice place to stay! best cost/benefit! only problem is no atmosphere to integrate with another travelers, but it is a perfect place to relax. fully recommend if u want a nice place to relax!

Excellent and relaxing space in Florence. Very close to the main train/bus station, which makes taking trips outside of Florence very easy. A quick walk to the city center as well. Staff is incredible and very friendly. And the small kitchens on each floor are lovely for making food and always very clean as well.

Very close to the main train station. A 15 min walk to Duomo (downtown). The guy at the reception was always really friend and helpful, giving tips to whatever you felt like knowing. The cleanest kitcher I've ever seen in a hostel. Bed was really good but the room was a little too cold (winter time) , no bunk beds (good), good bathroom. The only downside of this hostel is not having a common area besides the kitchen, so if you're traveling solo it may a little difficult to meet new people.

Location is close to train and bus station. Hostel is very clean. Good kitchen facilities.

It was close to train station, but kind of far from city center. Clean sheets and towels provided. Friendly service and staff who cleaned bathrooms everyday. Great bargain.

Close to the train station but kinda far from the center. I think it need a common area and more than just one bathroom for a whole floor. The staff is nice and well yeah the kitchen has everything you need.

Very nice and clean hostel. Felt like a hotel, you get towels, and there's a kitchen on every floor. Beds were singles, and not bunks, which is nice too. Staff were friendly.
