This Hostel was a 10 minute walk from the center of florence. There was plenty of shops and places to eat surrounding the Hostel. The staff was very helpful and informative. The wifi worked wonders and the shared bathroom and kitchen was clean and accessible.

The hostel is in a great location, very close to the city center and to the stazione SMN, which was great. The only thing that bugged me was that we got a room facing the strees and it was very noisy in the evenings/nights. I could bearly sleep the first night. If u have the possibility to choose, do not choose a room facing the strees.

It is good place to stay ! Just a little bit far from the train station , but that's ok , reasonable distance , and not hard to find ! The place look really great and having wifi in room , that's really really good service in hostel !! Love this place !! Clean and tidy !! With lovely place to cook ( although I didn't cook :p)

Nice enough place with friendly staff and flexible opening hours. The only big minus was horrible traffic noise; our room was in the 1st floor and there was basically no sound proofing in the window what so ever. Bring your ear plugs with you!

We need to walk by 20 minutes to get there. The staff was not in the counter when we want to check out!

It was nic hostel ! Everything is available in Ciao hosetel such as Microwave, other utensils and so on. You can cook all the food and enjoy your hostel friends! But one thing is bad . It is too far from the train staion. Except for this , other thing is perfect!

Very clean and good facilities, the only problem might be that it is near the train station and in spite of being easy to find the area is not the best

The hotel was decent enough. The shared room was big and the bathroom was also well maintained.

I haven't even stayed at the hostel because 2 weeks before my arrival the hostel told me they would have moved me in a hotel close to Florence airport due to overbooking... the location wasn't good for me and they couldn't find a better solution in the city centre as it was quite close to the date of me going to Florence. Then I had to look for another room and pay much more than predicted, as I didn't want to waste the money I had paid for the journey. Worst experience ever. Not recommended.
