I had such a wonderful time here! The staff is amazing. There is really not much to do in Nuweiba except sunbathing, so this is the perfect place if you wish to take a few days off on your journey to Cairo, Jordan or Israel. Prices in Nuweiba are about 1/3 of those in Israel, so go ahead and treat yourself at this place.

Apart from the initial arrival of my wife, where the staff tried to overcharge her and refused the price quoted on the web, (soreted eventually) we had a good stay at the end of our 4 week trip. V. quiet and secluded with beach and nice snorkelling reef (bit tricky to get to). Food decent and not overpriced considering the captive market. Child friendly and a great place to escape and recouperate from the hassle of the rest of Egypt. But you are isolated and at the whim of the expensive taxis.
