My first idea was to stay one night but I ended up staying more because I liked the hostel. Susana and the staff helped me with information about tours and things to do in the city. I love the roof top terrace, such a cool place to chill. If you like to party, they know when and where.

Great hostal. Good value for money. The staff are fun to hang out with and I met some cool people while staying there. The location is good too, easy to walk anywhere in the city. It felt safe as well.

Pretty nice, a people have mentioned earlier the owner is fun, helpful and funny and really adds something special to the place. The layout makes it feel very communal, Wifi in the rooms is a bonus, good location, feels safe. The only gripe is that they turned the water off at night when i was there which meant the toilet didnt flush and if you got up early then couldnt use the bathroom at all. Dont know if its the norm though, i was only there for two nights.

Shower was a bit difficult but staff were amazing, very helpful and allowed us to store our bags for the day whilst we waited for our bus. Carefree atmosphere with good security and good wifi. Breakfast was a bonus.

Lovely hostel and we loved the owner, really nice girl. The bar at the top is super nice and with a great view. Only thing I don't recommend is the tour company they work with we took the tour to hierve de agua natural springs and had to visit like 7 other places before them and it took ages. They also dropped us at a super expensive place for lunch and we couldn't go anywhere else. So look around for better companies or go there by yourself we only got 1 hour at the springs out of 9 hour tour.

After 11 months in Latin America this was our worst accommodation. We booked a 4 person dorm with ensuite. The mattresses are appalling, the springs poke through and they were almost unsleepable. The ensuite was located outside the room so all guests in the hostel used it. The worst thing was the staff and their friends who partied from 3am to 8am. We asked them to be quiet but they ignored us, keeping many guests awake all night. They didn't care - they wanted to party. The location is good.

Stayed here one night and arrived quite late so can't comment to much as we checked out first thing. Not much atmosphere and beds were really uncomfortable and moved around a lot when anybody moved. There's better hostels in Oaxaca.
