I put in my reservation that I would be arriving at 9am. Apparently there is no need to do this, because it was not ready for me then. The first woman told me it would be ready at 11. I wanted to store my bags until then, but they had no place to store them (even though there was a room right next to the desk that looked fine to me) so I could only leave them in the lobby. Finally, I had to complain when my room wasn't ready at 11. They then told me12. When I complained they went and prepared it

Very good hostel. Hard to find a taxi, also if you are at downown to turn back to apartment. The staff is quite good, they also help to call a taxi.
