Cinnamon Hostel Reviews

Cinnamon Hostel made a great impresion! The interior is freshly new (they seemed to come over the problems after the fire !! ) Two common rooms, one big kitchen, friendly guests and best of all the STAFF who helped me in getting to know the best parts of the city in just one day!!! The breakfast was really nice as for a hostel and I could make laundry for 5PLN on the spot! Couldn't think of anything more I needed! Definately hope to come back some day! Thanks :)

It's clean, great location, staff are nice. What else do you need? And it's so cheap, you can pay for it with your change.

Upon arriving we found out that the hostel had recently had a large fire. The place smelled terrible of fire, the walls were black, and the scent they used to try and hide the smell wasn't very pleasant. I found it weird that there was no key to the room and no lockers available in the room. I would not have felt comfortable leaving my stuff in the room while I was out seeing Wroclaw. We only stayed for one night. The employees were very nice and helpful.

There was only one shower for all the rooms. Room was ok. Breakfast was very poor. Only a small table for 3 pax!!

Two important shortcomings. The common room had a fire several weeks ago and instead of cleaning it up, they closed it down but it still smells fire in the corridors, despite the cinnamon scent that they put everywhere. Seriously. The reception has become the common room. The second problem is breakfast. It is bread and jam in a kitchen that has only TWO seats. Not an interesting experience at all.

Cool staff, cool location!!!

There seemed to be a lack of facilities, only one shower for all the guys was clearly not enough, and it wasn't a very clean shower either. Also make sure you have a clear map to find this place as the address itself was not enough for me. I walked up and down the street trying to find the door number in vain! Staff was helpful enough though and there was a problem with electricity which was fixed very promptly.

We are having problems rating this hostel because there's been a fire in the living room a few days before we arrived. The location was excelent but the staff didn not inform us about the fire and we have been booked into a pretty dirty room. We were in Wroclaw for only one day and we did not want to waste our evening to find another accomodation otherwise we would have gone somewhere else.

Nice hostel with very friendly and helpful staff! The stay was really enjoyable.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Thre wasnt much ahppening in the hostel and we didn#t meet anyone there. the security lockers were located outside the room so we didn#t use them. Lovely warm shower
