The bathroom was disgusting when we arrived, water all of the floor and wasn't cleaned the whole two days we were there. We had a fantastic room for five girls, the location was a bike of a hike to get to but the view was worth it! There is no wifi that we could find or access which was a pain. We shared an apartment type thing with another room, so we shared the bathroom, kitchen and terrace with them which can be fun. Apart from the no wifi and dirty bathroom it was reasonable for the price.
Lots of steps to the accommodation The microwave need to have proper plug And need to improve the cleanliness in the toilet and beds Very dusty
Great quirky little hostel. Could definitely re-arrange the dorm to utilise the space better and not make it look and feel so cramped. In a fantastic position, easy to find!
The shower was small and the door did not work properly. Also, the wifi only worked on the street immediately in front of the office during the day. They turned off the wifi in the evening.
We loved the place. We had some trouble with water on the bathroom floor after showering, but a scrape as you use to clean windows in the room would probobly make it dry in a couple of minutes.

Great place to stay in riomaggiore. Just a 5 minute walk from the water and very well located. Comfortable beds, nice room, big bathroom, you name it. Would 100% stay there again
The rooms aren't particularly nice, but the view sure is! Thin walls, acceptably clean, wonderful terrace with sea-view. Up on the hill and away from the tourist crowds, but just about 10-minutes walk to the main street.
The reception is on the main road but the hostel itself needs to walk 3 minutes up to the residence. If you have luggage with you, don't consider this one. The reception isn't 24 hour so we see some ppl waiting outside for the reception to open but gave up at last. The door is too hard and old to open which we called the reception to open for us. The reception was friendly. The facilities is pretty basic but enough.
Amazing room with a large balcony overseeing the sea. I will come back there, amazing experience!

It does the job if you only expect an uncomfortable bed to spleep.
Stayed for one night-nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable and there was a kitchen available in my room. There is no wifi available in the rooms. Not a place to meet tons of people but very pleasant.
Good location but you never know what you're going to get. This place owns many rooms in various apartments throughout the city. Some are better than others. Some have no common room to meet others, some do. No laundry option. The staff always seem a bit too stress and busy to help you...but then again, the city is small and manageable enough that you'll be able to figure things out on your own. I would say the 2 best places to stay are Riomaggiore, Vernazza, and Manarola.
The location was great, just off the Main Street and near the station, but we booked a 5 person room and there were 7 people staying in the room. No wifi and the staff weren't that available. Otherwise it was clean and gave us what we needed, as we spent most the day hiking so it was a good place to crash at night.
So glad I booked a place in one of the towns it was a fantastic location. It was small but didn't feel cramped.
This is the first hostel where I've not felt welcomed in at all. The staff is NOT friendly, they didnt make the beds for new guest untill late and people had to ask for it several times, they do not read emails you send in advance. Location is good, but with a lot of stairs (but that's expected in a city built on hills, I enjoyed my little work out's back to the dorm). Its ok to stay, but dont expect to much. There's hardly any wifi in Cinque Terre either ;)
We loved our room, it was exactly what we were looking for and a fun experience to walk the stair case and stay up so high in such a pretty little town. Thank you very much.
The place advertises themselves as a hostel but once you arrive is more of a apartments for let (focusing on romance!? With two twin beds tied together) We realized we got more than we wanted and inquired about switching and maybe saving money. We were on hour 40 of no sleep and were having trouble with the language barrier. The hostel manager ended up being very unprofessional, and rude. Even throwing money at a different customer. Space was fine but the jarring check in was terrible
Our room was far from the main street up many steps. The bathroom was particularly subpar with a broken toilet seat and shower head; we also had to ask for towels because none were in the room.

Great little places. Enough facilities for the stay. Would love to redecorate the rooms to remove dome clutter so their is more space. Wifi is ok in the office, better than nothing
This wasn't a hostel as we'd expected. Just as many beds in a very dated apartment as you could squeeze in. No hot water, dodgey lock on front door, creepy interior. One girl left crying aftet 5mins. After one night we moved apartment to be with our friend, same company
