They don´t give clear information about the city. Also, not have good hospitality. They are cold person, not simpatic. This hostel is far to be a good hostel.

Nice and clean, but WiFi poorly available in rooms, very slow and many popular sites are blocked (foursquare, facebook, picasaweb etc). Pool and living room downstairs are very nice. Stuff is extremely helpful. Room was clean and fresh. The only problem was WiFi.

Hostelworld got the rates wrong, so there was a slight confusion with how much we were ment to pay The staff were very understanding and we only had to pay what we were quoted. No kitchen and wifi was pretty bad. But the hostel was amazing like a 4 star hotel.

There was no hot water and much of the staff was not helpful or simply apathetic. However, it was in a great location- San Telmo is excellent. And the hostel was clean.

Loved the pool. This hostel is definitely more like a hotel so it depends on what you\'re looking for. The rooms were really really clean and quiet and large. The pool was lovely to sunbake by and dip in (it\'s small). Breakfast is limited but decent quality (3 fruits, pastries and bread) and you can opt to order eggs for a little extra. Staff were lovely. Lots of families and children around. It\'s the nicest hostel I\'ve ever stayed in - more like a decent hotel. It was exactly what we wanted.

Staff friendliness/helpfulness variable.A lot of info on display but when further help/recoms asked sometimes didn't know/weren't particularly engaging.Twin en-suite room great/clean.Common areas brilliant but when loud jumpy music on during day not so much.On our last night the staff went into party mode till 6amish in the front bar with the noise being heard clearly through earplugs which resulted in barely any sleep for us(even after they turned it down slightly at 4.30am when we complained).

We were booked in for 4 nights and left after 1. This place is definitely more like a hotel than a hostel and its character reflects this. The staff although very helpful played music full blast 24/7 in reception so you could not use the tv area that was close by. Skyping was also impossible due to the noise. Also there seemed lots of local friends around the pool area that made it uncomfortable to use the facilities. The rooms are however spacious, clean, good aircon and nice bathrooms.

Major internet problems throughout the whole stay. Staff slow to orientate you to hostel, area and give vital information.
